If you need walk in passport service you need to be in the line early. They take first 5 passport walk ins.So if someone is doing 3 passports for their family they will take only that person and two more from the line.At about 8:15AM I saw almost 20 folks in line. If I need to come tomorrow I’d come at 6AM to be certain of getting in.

The staff gave me incorrect information. I had a package returned with an incomplete address, so I went to USPS to get a new label and get the package out ASAP. The man took a sharpie, added the missing information on the box, and said it was good to go.He scanned it and assured me I didn't need a new label. He also treated me like I was stupid.Three days later and this very important package is on my doorstep again.

In late December 2023, I accompanied my family to the passport appointment for my 18-month-old daughter at this unpleasant office. Unfortunately, most of the employees exhibited rude behavior, forming an unprofessional atmosphere. During our case processing, a particularly impolite employee named Meggan, who was operating the copy machine, inexplicably yelled at my 4-year-old son, who was simply observing silently from a distance. In response to this incident, I have filed a complaint against Meggan and the entire office.

They refuse to scan return packages even if you wait in line and tell you to leave them in a pile. And you’re just supposed to trust that they will scan it eventually. Pretty sure that trust won’t work both ways if I need to claim that a package got lost by them.

Nice employees here, they really try. Still not sure how it will go when I get here. Things can move super-fast, and the package will arrive in no time, and it can take longer. 3 stars.

Staff Nancy (at the far end of the counter) was very rude and disrespectful to me. I arrived at 12:15pm for an appointment scheduled at 12:30pm. I was waiting in the line, she asked if I had an appointment and what time, I told her it was at 12:30pm. She yelled at me in front of everyone saying “Go go wait in the lobby go go”waving her hand in a disrespectful and disgraceful manner. I left and will never go back to this location ever again!

Worst experience ever!! Slow and rude!!! Especially the staff name “Sai” is very rude when you asked some questions. Almost yelled at customers. I saw several time.

I had a passport appointment for 2 pm. I arrived to the post office at 1:38pm. It was 2:22pm when they skip me and took the next person in line. I did go to the counter twice to make them aware I was there and still waiting. One of the employees stated that they didn't know I was there. All three employees saw me there and one was a supervisor. Bad customer service and it was my first time there. Not going to this post office again. Thanks I won't see my family for the holiday this year.

This office used to have some rude employees and it was a huge pain to use its services but my recent visit surprised me. All 3 front desk --- on lady and 2 gentlemen are all extraordinarily professional. They all said to customers "What can I help you with?" "Thank you for coming!" .... etc.It's 180 degrees different from my past experience and this post office apparently is well managed and employees are well trained. They probably got rid of bad people.Whoever made the change, deserves top reward.

Extremely frustrated people at front desk. They proudly yell at people. Customers visit there because we have to. We don’t want to be at the post office as much as you don’t want us there. Had way better experience at Sunnyvale 94089
