This review is for US Bank's loan officer Andrew Thavisouk and the mortgage loan service he offered, not the services at this bank's location. I was referred to me by my friends and he was helpful and communicative in guiding me through my loan process initially. However, I was originally told that my appraisal was waived but later revoked because there was an internal mixup on my loan application with another applicant. So they had to rush an appraisal to meet the close deadline. The house was a fixer but the appraisal came in much lower than my offer and expected (even in this crazy market), and my agent's appeal was overturned by their bank. My locked-in rate was changed to a much higher rate because of the lower appraisal and lower loan amount. Not wanting to lose the house, I had no other choice but to move forward with the higher rate. Before closing, Andrew promised me that he'd help find ways to get me the original rate I was given by US Bank. After I closed on the house, I reached out to him to follow up on the refinance but guess what? No phone call, text or email returned. As a first time homebuyer, it's already a nerve-wrecking experience to pour my life's savings. But Andrew and US Bank managed to make this experience worse. I do not recommend US Bank or Andrew for a mortgage loan.

Had a really bad customer experience at this branch. Manager continued to insist the app was wrong and he was right while trying to handle a sensitive issue... Closed 5 accounts today, and moved over to chase private banking.Best financial decision I have made so far this year ?

This is seriously worst bank in the US. They should shut down all the branches. I am not able to get my stuff back from the security deposit. Been calling bank everyday for over 30 minutes... Worst service ever.. deserves 0 stars.

This is the second time I have deposited money into the ATM attached to their bank and it stole my money. I put cash in and it prints me out a receipt saying that my transaction was declined. I immediately went into the store and told a teller what happened and he said their was nothing he could do and I just have to call the number on the receipt. I called the number and the representative on the phone told me their was nothing she could do either!!! I don't know why no one is willing to help me get my money back. I have been a customer with us bank for 10 years and they treat me like garbage and this is the second time one of YOUR atms took my money. I will definitely be switching banks to one who actually care about their customers.

I bought a $25 rewards card from US Bank. After 2 years I called to activate and I was told that there was fine print which says that after 12 months they get to deduct $2.50 inactivity fee, so my balance was zero. Such unethical businesses that make money by tricking unsuspecting customers should be shut down

I had been going to this branch when I worked nearby for 6 years, then I changed jobs. Today I still find myself driving a little further (from Mountain View) because this branch is my favorite: Full service, safe deposit boxes, and always knowledgeable, efficient/courteous service no matter the reason you are there. Today I had an unusual deposit of Ike dollar coins that I had inherited from family: Tyler and Nick helped find out the best way to count and get them deposited. I so appreciate their efforts and will continue to drive a little further for my banking needs because it is totally worth it.

Super long wait time I came on my lunch there was one person ahead of me and one person being helped and 4 workers, HIRE MORE PEOPLE I waited at least 15-20 min No one welcomed me or said it's be a moment or anything I'm just standing here, im glad I don't bank here just making a deposit for someone luckily, some Asian guy named Wu came in and apologized for the wait then helped me and the other lady very fast and he was nice and polite and it made of for the wait

I worked with Tyler Walsh as my bank teller and he was so friendly and had such a pleasant demeanor about him. He was helpful, prompt, and very knowledgeable, I'm very happy with my experience.

Their hours are not as flexible as most of the US Banks i've been to, but the clerks are friendly enough.
