I understand the place was busy, but the amount of times I got overlooked. Many people came in after me and this associate just kept looking at me and helping the other people instead. He asked every single one "can I put you on the list?" Or "How can I help you?" But never bothered helping me or asking me to be put on the list. I got tired of waiting and I left the store. I don't put blame on the other workers since they were pre-occupied but the one person who kept overlooking me. Wish I knew his name but it's whatever now.

Marcus from Cupertino went above and beyond to help us with our transfer of 4 lines from AT&T. He was very patient, took the time to explain the entire process to us in layman’s terms and transferred the data over to the new phones.He had an extremely customer friendly approach that made us feel comfortable.I hope our future dealings and relationships with T-Mobile are as good as this was.

I must say this is the best customer service I had in a long time. I wish I discover it sooner. My sincere thank to Sophia, store manager , for the courtesy she extended to someone who is not even a customer yet

Came in to get my sons phone looked at as well as to grab new SIM cards for our phones and had the pleasure of working with Tuan. He was extremely helpful and patient while helping us get things set up. He even suggested some good tips to help us along.

Zander was very helpful and I watched him kindly handle a very irate customer who was harassing the trainee and him. It took a minute because of the dude ahead of me but overall still happy with this location

If you have one of the older plans you are likely paying much lower than any of the competition. They have some good promotions to get new phones as well. Love how they continue to offer goodies through TMobile Tuesdays over several years. The customer service calls are now taking much longer... either they have a lot of customers or cut down on the customer service reps. Overall, been happy with the service...

Marcus is helpful, knowledgable and calm. When I had a problem, I was frustrated and irritable when I entered the store....and happy when I left the store! He's been in the field for years.

We came to this store to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and to purchase one new phone. Both Alex B and Marcus C went out of their way to be helpful and provided outstanding service! It was a pleasure.

After desperately searching through countless stores amidst the orange haze, I stopped by this T-Mobile. I was looking for a USB-C to USB-A adapter, and all prior stores did not have this product. Frankly, I was losing a lot of hope. As I walked in, I asked a T-Mobile assistant if they had the item, and they had two in stock. The best part? They didn't charge at all since they were sample adapters that they had extras for. I had never seen such elegant service amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. This was truly one of the best stops I've made for a simple adapter that could've been bought at another store. More stores NEED service like this! Easily the best electronics department I've ever been to, by far. Stop by if you need any support, I'm sure they've got it all!

What an exceptional customer service experience!! These guys are great, they go above and beyond every time. Cameron has helped me in the past, he is so precise and lovely, working to get the screen cover on just right. Super patient and willing to show me different features on the phone and ways to utilize it. When I needed to buy a new phone, a tall, lean gentleman was helping me. He explained exactly what features to look for and never seemed frazzled even though it was the holiday season and some customers were being rude. My old phone had done a spontaneous factory reset. Although I did not have did not have another play, there was no hard sell just patience, expertise and helpful information. The last few times Hugo assisted me. Like his colleagues, Hugo demonstrates courtesy, kindness and he is a fantastic conversationalist; Hugo keeps things interesting while the phone is doing is doing its factory reset, etc. Technology can be a drag and it is more intuitive for some of us than others. This T-Mobile location is an incredible resource.

I went here yesterday to switch over from another carrier as the price was lower for the same amount of data. It didn't take long for the rep to complete the process. Sorry, I don't remember his name, but he was friendly and helpful. Nice people working here.
