Dr. Stevens is fantastic! She's been my doctor for the past 3.5 years. And, Ethiopia at the front desk is warm and welcoming. Dr. Stevens knows everyone in the medical field and has provided numerous recommendations and smoothed-the-way for rapid appointments, etc (oftentimes even calling the doctors for me). She knows how to navigate the "process" to the ultimate benefit of her patients. She is worth her weight in gold, and I feel like I've hit the jackpot with her as my doctor. Thank you so much for everything you do! Please never retire.

She is very thorough and careful on my regular checkup. When other check or specialist visit is needed, she helped me to schedule that in the *same* day such that I don't need to wait for many days later to get those check done.I really enjoying talking with her, and feel I am taken great care of.

I loved dr Stevens for years until I recently got a second opinion which led to third opinion of my blood work. It turns out my blood sample sat for one day then shipped to somewhere took another few days to analyze. This is not acceptable dr.

I visit DR. Laura Stevens for a regular checkup.The total visit time was around 1 hour. We spoke about my health approximately 10 minutes in total, another 10 minutes for a blood pressure test, temperature and pulse measuring. Rest 40 minutes Dr. Laura Stevens asked me inappropriate personal questions: "What car I'm driving?", "What is my rent payment?", "What is my salary?". All these questions make me feel extremely uncomfortable.Dr. Stevens repeat phrases "You pick the right girl", "I'm the best doctor for you", "I'm very knowledgeable" nonstop.After the visit, Dr. Stevens billed my insurance $400 for "Medical care" - I DID NOT GET ANY MEDICAL CARE. And billed me $250 for "Lab tests", but I don't remember any lab test.Again-She will keep you in the office to charge you more and will ask you"What car I'm driving?","What is my rent payment?", "What is my salary?"-She will google information about your health problem.-She will bill you and your insurance for "Lab Test"THIS IS HOW SHE IS DOING HER BUSINESS!People who was scammed by this lady, message me please, We gonna file a collective court claim.

Dr Stevens provided the best care I got so far in the bay area. She is so caring and detail oriented. It is last year, I got a fever and got a spot luckily even though I am a new patient. Besides careful examination, I have 3 tests done at the *same day* since she literally called those specialist's office and arrange appointment for me. That is the so efficient and convenient for me. Thank you, Dr. Stevens!

I am a believer! I have been getting Zerona treatments with Dr. Stevens and it really works!! After 5 treatments my family really noticed the difference and asked me how much weight I have lost. While I did not lose that much weight, I did lose inches from my waist and hips. Dr. Stevens was able to work around my busy holiday schedule and she and the office staff was really nice. Never go to this doctor! She keeps you in office unnecessarily for a long time, chatting with you on unrelated things. There is no other patient in her office during business peak hours. I don't see any professional capability in her diagnosis, just feel she wants to keep patients who have good insurance. I was right! She charged insurance highest amount compared to all other doctors I've visited. Such a greedy doctor without any reputation!
