Staff at this store pushed sale of the 5G Home Internet service and claimed that it's an easy "plug-in and go" type of device.Therefore I took the offer, and soon found out it's the start of my nightmare with this store!After returning home, I found out that it's not a "plug-in and go" process, worse yet, my address isn't even on T-Mobile's 5G service zone! The monthly charge is also higher than quoted.The staff should know to first check the address to ensure that 5G is offered at such neighborhood before processed the order, but somehow it didn't happen.The next day I took the device back to this store requesting a cancelation. He called T-Mobile to cancel and told me that I will receive a return label in the email to attach it to the device box and to drop off at a UPS store.This sounded like a poor customer service process, and it's hard to believe that T-Mobile local service center would ask the customer to handle own return. However, a lady came out from the back office confirmed his statement.I then received a text message that a return label was sent to my email address, however, nothing had arrived in my email. The lady said that it may take 24 hours for the email to arrive, which did not sound right to me.My gut feeling indicated something wasn't right, so I asked what to do if I don't receive the return label after 24 hours. She said that I should call "the number". I asked for the number then they wrote it down.Up to then, I was suspicious about this poor experience, therefore a few hours later, I called "the number" and asked how long does it usually take between the text message and the actual email with return label to arrive. Justine from T-Mobile told me that it usually happens in a few minutes. She also told me that I could just return the device to a local T-Mobile store for the return! She apologized for the poor service at this store.The team at the location obviously is very sketchy. I had a horrible experience here with lousy service and false information!Do not believe in any sales pitch, it's a scam to put you in a contract!

We were promised that two of our lines would get their activation fees waived on two separate bills by store manager. When I called to follow up, the worker said that the old store manager had left and then accused me of lying saying that many people have called in asking the same and that they cannot verify that it is true so they will not be honoring any of the previously promised waivers even though I had proof. Do NOT come here to sign with T-mobile. If you are a Costco member, go to Costco instead for zero activation fees.

Do not trust the things they say when selling the plans. For example, when they sell the $85 plan, they say it comes together with $13 netflix benefits. But when we get the actual plan, it has only $8 netflix benefits. When we reachout to the manager, he says that it is because the "assistant" is not familiar with the actual terms, and the only thing we can do is to accept the fact.

The worst experience with T-Mobile I’ve ever had. I made an appointment and the only person there said we don’t are appointments. Then why was there an option. Most pathetic service I’ve ever see.

Went in for upgrade of my Note8 to 20.... Kiyuan helped me and as his tag says, he's an expert. Leo was in house as well. Appreciate the assistance and getting all the data moved. Seamless transaction. DEFINITELY recommend this spot.

Its my 3rd visit and it was all terribly handled. They speak in Chinese in front of customers, they don’t know what they are doing, for every question i ask they have to go back and ask the manager. Very sad to see T-Mobile like this. I will never get back to that store even if i have to drive 50m away. Bad experience.

Yifei was so helpful. She helped me get the best deal out of all the plans I could find. I had a hard time getting good in-store service at AT&T and Verizon, and let me tell you, this place was a breath of fresh air! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for excellent coverage for a good price!

Do you speak Chinese? No? Then don't come to this place, I just asked a guy at this location about a promotion (non-iPhone) related to an specific phone model (non-iPhone), then the guy in broken Engrish proceeds to show me the iPhone displays. I asked him straight to his face "you didn't understand anything I just said right?" And the guy was honest enough to say "No". So there you go, I bet this location is amazing for Chinese speakers, otherwise stay away.

The worst store you could ever think of. The salesman had no ideas about the offers and was just unwilling to help. When asked if he could look into my account he blankly said that none of the computers are working right now. Go here if you want to ruin your day.

They’ve actually moved around the corner into the old Sprint space. The staff is still terrific though. They are knowledgeable and very willing to answer questions. I’ve been to many T-Mobile locations and this is definitely the best. Also, if you travel a lot and are looking for a carrier, T-Mobile is definitely the best choice.

I came in to set up my new iPhone (I had bought it separately from a different store) and the person who helped me (I believe his name was Siyuan?) was sooo helpful! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Actually I came in 3 times in 1 day - he also taught me how to transfer all my data from my old phone to my new phone, AND he helped my brother take care of his expired contract (we had no idea we were paying an additional penalty fee every month for the last 18 months on our family plan until he told us). Bilingual staff and clean shop. Listened to our needs and he wasn't pushy or trying to overly upsell us. Will definitely come back for future needs.
