John was a great hair stylist, precise, professional and quick. Too bad this place closed. John if you see this let us know where are you at now :-)

I went their without appointment. Luckily I got the chance instantly. The gentleman cut my hair so perfectly and nicely and exactly as I wanted. Using different techniques and clippers he got me free in 15-20 minutes. I came out infect delighted with the desired haircut. Thanks 'Great Clips'.

I have always made appointments during non peak hours. The stylists are caring and friendly. They accommodate personal preferences on the style. At the end they take feedback and are willing to make any corrections

Hours posted are never accurate. Not sure if this place is still in business. The great clips down the street at Sunnyvale & Saratoga has accurate hours and is usually fairly busy.

I asked for a layered cut with one inch trim and the made it flat and cut 4 inches. To top it all off they made a part long and another part short.Service: Haircut

They were nice, but I'm not sure they knew how to cut curly hair - I came home and found parts of my hair much longer than the rest in awkward places. Had to touch it up myself. Was done in like 15 minutes, and I know it usually takes longer than that especially with my hair type and layers...

For $21, I was expecting a clip would go over my full head of 6-month old hair. Instead, on June 20th, 5pm shift, the Asian lady stylist skillfully trimmed down my hair with patience. Never used the clip to mow over my hair. Only the small razor to trim the edges. I tried to strike a conversation. She responded, but was more interested in taking care of the job at hand. I respected that. I felt like I might have met her at other salon at some point. Anyway, I have to thank her for a fantastic job done. Hair stylist business still fluctuates because of COVID. Much respect to those people who still hang in there to take care of us!

Rude service! Not aware of the name of the stylist that cut my hair but really needs to learn some service skills. He is extremely rough when cutting hair, he shoves and pull your head from side to side. I had to tell him to take it easy! Same thing happened with my 12 year old son. By the end of the hair cut my son said he would never want to come back again. Extremely rough...if you hate your job, move on!

Don't go to this Great Clip. NOT Recommended. I recent had a cut by Asian male stylist with pony tail, with lots of metal jewelry on his wrists. He did not take time to layer and just cut a thick chunk of my hair at once I wanted to cry. I will not go back to this Great Clip!! NOT Recommended. Please do not waste your time and money.

Just don't, brought my son here to get a cut. First when I checked in they asked if I had ever been there. I said no but that my husband had. I had already put my name down online so I'm not sure what the big deal was but they really wanted my husbands account and I asked them why and they couldn't explain. Anyways to the point don't bring your kids. My son was nervous and started to cry and they told me no we can't help him. And I'm like why and they said we can't because he's crying. So I took him outside I talked to him I said are you going to be okay and he stopped and said he would be fine. We went back in I said he's fine now can we cut his hair they said no. Don't advertise that you can cut for children if you can't deal with a child that cries.

Going to super cuts for a haircut is like paying discount tickets for a flight because the pilot is a newbie. Getting a self cut at home would produce better quality than visiting this Supercuts. Ended up going here due to a brain fade and they butchered my son's hair. Best avoided.

I came for a simple buzzcut today, I never realized someone could mess up something so easy. The barber completely missed a huge portion on the top of my head. Fair to say I'll never go back, I would advise anyone to stay far away.
