Worst of the worst BofA branches. Extremely rude and unprofessional employees and a branch manager who can’t even speak English.
They won’t even share their names nor wear their names badge in fear of getting reported to their upper management for their conducts.

I went to this BOA financial center for a wire transfer request and had a really wonderful experience! I didn’t even have an appointment and Jasmine helped make the process very smooth and timely. The service was top notch, so I don’t really understand why the ratings of this center is low (likely because only disgruntled folks write reviews but happy customers don’t). In any case, I will come again for my banking needs to this center!

This location worse and all employees should be fired. After we enter to bank I see employees taking family matters and don’t care who come into the bank. No meet and greet. It’s ok nobody greets but after standing in teller line for 5 mins then suddenly employe realize someone is waiting. I am asked “Do I need help?” Is that car dealership where we can browse around? Why do we go to bank? Is that the right question? Except few most of the bank of American branch services is disaster.

Rude and judgmental. Tried withdrawing an amount more than the ATM would allow. The Indian lady looked at me from top to bottom and said we have no tellers(This is a Monday at 1pm) and to drive to Steven creek location. Previous reviews also say that they like sending people to other branches. So here’s the fun part. Since I had the suspicion they were lying, I sent a friend in to ask if he can withdraw. Surprise surprise, she said they can and even gave him a business card. She was offering all sorts of services that She refused me. Just Avoid this branch at all costs.

This bank has been closed to the public with access to the ATM until recently when I tried to open the door and it swung right open as it used to be card access only and it was finally open to the public. The atm is a hit or miss with them taking deposits or working in general. I recently when in to do the most basic thing that required a banker not a teller. The man checking me in was so confused by my request and told me there would be a long wait as they had no staff. There was 3 bankers and one had no customer. He proceeds to check me in and tells me to take a seat to wait. After 5 minutes I realized this could be an hour long wait and when he came in to check on me for the 3rd time about my request I politely said no thank you I'll come back another day. My request would of taken 5 minutes like it did at the bank across the street but alas nothing was completed and I walked away frustrated. I understand there's staff shortages but at this point many business should know how to work around this or limit hours for when they are fully staffed. Poor banking experience for a simple task.

This location is the worst, not even sure why it is open. I go once a week to withdraw funds from a teller (cannot use ATM because I need exact denominations) and there is ALWAYS something wrong. Either they are all on lunch (mind you, I've gone at several different times of day), their system is down, or "they cannot help at this time" which is usually what I'm told on days that I go in & all the employees are lounging all over the couches, looking at me as if I'm interrupting girls' brunch. It's gotten to the point I have to call in before I go just to see if they are functioning that day. Today they are not functioning and only have one teller who takes a two-hour lunch, in case anyone was planning on going. (Their hours are 10am-4pm, only 6 hours, so not sure why two of those hours would be spent on lunch, really they only have a 4-hour work day). They always send me to BofA on Stevens Creek. Have never had any issues with that branch, would suggest saving yourself a trip & just going there. Reading negative reviews on both Yelp and Google and seeing that management has not addressed any of these issues makes it clear this particular branch does not care about professionalism or customer service.

This branch is trash toddler in hand obviously need access to my account they refused to help me they were content letting me leave to open a new acct with a different institution than help me. REAL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. No better time than the present to leave BOA.

If you are a POC, please go to another bank. I say this only as a warning because you will be discriminated. I visited this branch on 07/21 to update my social security number on my Alaska card, who unfortunately is through BOA (no, I didn't Input it when I applied for the card) so I had to do it in person with a banker. I Brought all my documentation, sat in the lobby and waited for I'd say 10-15 minutes before someone actually greeted me. I didn't get her name but I believe she was the branch manager there. I told her what I needed done and she was completely confused. I repeat again what I need done, "I need to update my social security number for my Alaska card" she finally understands and asked " so why didn't you go this online ?" I'm completely annoyed by this point and answer "I just didn't". She tries making small talk but I'm over it at this point and just want to get what i needed done, done and leave. She comes back to me after a few moments and asks the rudest, most judgmental question, "so when did you migrant to the US ? Or how long have you been here ?". I look up at her and respond, "I was born here." So would I have been asked that if I was a white lady ?? Disgusting!! I left, didn't get anything done that I needed and felt discriminated and horribly embarrassed (other customers were around in the lobby when this happened) Horrible experience and will always make it a point to avoid this branch

This particular branch was opened not too long ago, but the tellers were not too friendly when customers ask for simple bill denomination transactions. They also limited their business hours to the point where it was very difficult to come in right after work or on the weekends. Nice new building, but unfortunately, lacking in customer service.
