Really friendly service from both Mike and Bill. Mike was so patient and especially helpful in helping me transfer my prepaid phone number to a consumer account and set up my home internet. Above and beyond service, could not recommend more!

Verizon is the WORST they will put you on a lower cell service whatever the eff that is and not tell you you're getting substandard service and paying out the ZZZ. STAY AWAY!

Amazing customer service! Rochelle & Mikey helped my son and I get 2 replacement phones easily. They were helpful, professional and super friendly! Definitely recommend this branch! (As well as the Santa Monica branch where Rochelle is a manager.)

The bald-headed bearded man is the most unprofessional experience I’ve encountered with Verizon in the 20+ years we’ve been customers. I came into the store looking to activate a newly purchased phone from Apple. Immediately, he started condescending us saying it was going to be too expensive for us. After we asked for the cost, he went on a tangent about, “why should Verizon activate it for free when you bought it through Apple”. After about four variations of him telling us this, my husband asked him to activate just one phone. He immediately said he would activating both phones because he did not want us to “see” how he does it. My husband informed him we only needed one activated, and he said “well I’m charging you for two”!We were shocked by his entitlement to decide what WE needed and quite frankly were very disappointed by his lack of professionalism and overall snarky demeanor. We will be reporting to corporate!

I had a great experience there purchasing a new iPhone in January 2024. Billy was our rep and he was very helpful, efficient, explained things well and clearly, told us about a promotion we took advantage of, and we left happy. In the follow-up, I had the same experience. They also didn't mind my toddler wreaking a minor amount of havoc. Huge bonus.

As we all know no one likes going into a Verizon store. This one I liked even less and will specifically not go to. Location is weird, design is weird, ppl understaffed and just not good customer service

I came to the store in a jam after my phone was stolen. Mike was super knowledgeable and helpful. They had a wide variety of phones to choose from and Mike made some recommendations. He got my number back on a replacement phone ASAP. Thanks Mike!

NOT A VERIZON STORE. Went in here 3 months ago and the scam has been slowly unfolding since. I just needed to replace a broken phone and Mike has proven not to have the competence to do even just that. I travel a lot for work and landed in a dangerous foreign country to find my phone couldn't work there and because this is not a Verizon store, Verizon couldn't and wouldn't help me. Mike knew my plans before he sold me the phone so he knowingly and, seemingly, purposefully put me in a dangerous situation. The owner obviously has no desire to run a good business, don't patronize this place.

This is not a real Verizon store. They charge you extra fees that you will not pay at a real Verizon store. When I asked why I was paying for anything at the store? Alexis replied you have to! Never not once did he mention they were operated by another company. It should have been automatically added to my bill. Stay away from this con artist store.
