They don't follow washing instructions and other peoples items show up in your laundry and some of your items go missing. Probably will not use their services again.
First delivery last week was ok, however, I had someone elses sock in my order also; would have been upset if that was my sock missing.
Today, I received my second and "LAST LOAD" from these people! Not only was my washing instructions not followed; wanted cold and low dry temp, but they did hot wash with those instructions and did a hot wash and hot dry and my favorite jacket barely fits me now. Two shirts don't fit right now.
Also, one of my socks was missing, like someone elses appeared in my laundry last time I used them.
Save yourself the money as these people , I feel ""do not care in how they ensure all your stuff gets back to you, or in following your washing instructions so your clothes fit the same as when they left you!""
Very Disappointed!
**Will add some suggestions, which I suggest are followed as future customers will not have the same issues. Please note, the only reason I am putting this addendum, is because your delivery people Eric on Weekends and the tall Dark Haired Gentleman during the week were supurb, very helpful and courteous!
1. DO NOT change delivery people!
2. When clothes arrive at your location for washing, have a printout of the customers washing instructions IN HAND, highlite it in black marker and ensure the person who washes the clothes sees it and has it in hand as well before the wash.
3. Once load is done, EVERY SINGLE item; "socks" should have pairs and ensure none are missing. Might even want a count of items before washed:
Bedding: 1-sheet, queen comforter, mattress cover.
Socks: 7-PAIRS!
Long sleeve shirts: 2
Jackets: 2
Jeans: 5
Pull over shirts: 6
Towels: 2
Pillow Cover: 1
Etc.... and ensure same at end. If that is too much to do, then that's the writing on the wall.
People should be able to depend on your services.

This place sucks! You’ll have to spend five dollars just to dry your towels at $.25 for five minutes, I was here forever. Don’t waste your time or money..

Tiffany's Laundry ruined my new skirt (mixing dark colors with light) and somehow managed to add a new dark stain on it. I reached out to them twice to see how they planned to make this right and never heard back. I'm really disappointed in this experience--mistakes happen, but in not addressing it, they've lost a customer.

Do NOT bring your clothes here. They ruin clothes by mixing color and white together. And somehow they manage to make soft towels into crispy rags.

I’m so heartbroken. I used their fluff and fold service and my clothes are ruined. I am so upset. Avoid this place!! They are clearly not separating colors or washing at the right temperature.

$3 to wash and 25 cents for every 5 minutes to dry. Machines actually get really hot for hot wash. Powdered detergent is $1.50 and good for at least 2 loads. They do not offer Tide Pods, dryer sheets nor do they have a change machine but if someone is at the counter they might have quarters.There are 2 TV’s and lots of fans. There is an electrical outlet at the back entrance from the ally above a folding table but they try to cover it with paper and box tape. No community bulletin or bathroom but they at least have a sink. There are also 2 benches to sit on. Multiple cameras on premises.Lady didn’t speak English that well but was nice. I got change for $5 from her and she actually gave me back $6.

I've been going to here for almost 10 yrs - mostly for Fluff and Fold services. Tiffany's has always had competitive pricing, but back in the day my clothes used to come back with that amazing freshly washed smell, now they're clean but the joy is gone as there's no clean smell at all. They also dry on high heat which will wreck any Sherpa fabrics/blankets (RIP to my pup's fav Sherpa blanket).

Do NOT COME HERE!! They ruin clothes. 3 of my favorite tank tops absolutely ruined because they mix colors with whites. They threw all my clothes together and didnt separate them. AVOID
