Very nice place. However very annoying and obnoxiously loud music on top of stair area. Stay away if you are not in the mood for heavy rock. Otherwise, great!

Parking has become a total ripoff. It used to be 1 hr of free parking, but apparently that is no longer the case on P2. But of course there are no signs indicating that when you drive in. I ended up paying $8 to park for just over an hour today. It makes me not want to shop here due to their greed.

The post is just for P2 parking. The price is different and max is diffident. Thought it was 1 hour free and 1 per half hour. But it’s not for p2. 4.5 hours costs 15 dollars. Find out afterwards. P2 is 7dollar for 1 hour and 1 per half hour. No clear sign for it. Misleading with only “additional parking”without pricing before entering p2.

Parking here is only cheap on first floor, they don't make it clear and scam you if you park below the first floor.
First floor has very little parking

I usually come here but today I was shocked that the P1 and P2 parking have different rates. P1 parking is free first hour but P2 is $7 without validation. I only learned about it as Iw as about to leave! Where is the SIGN? Where are the isntructions?? How can two floors of the same parking have different rates? OUTRAGEOUS

Apparently they have a new parking system. Parked for 15 minutes to get ice cream at culver steps. I didn’t validate because I did not realize they had a new system. I was slapped with a $7 parking fee (for 15 minutes). Ridiculous.

One of the few true public plazas in LA, the Culver Steps is an amazing community asset.

Do not park on P2 they will charge you $7 even though the signs say more parking on P2 and do not mention the $7 fee. Only P1 has free parking for the first hour. Signs were misleading.
