“I walked into the store looking for collar stays. There was a customer in front of me and the shopkeeper stated just wait a moment. When the shopkeeper had a moment break with the other customer, he just handed me a pair of collar stays and said "just take them". Unfortunately I didn't have any cash on me at the moment just to tip him for the generosity. Great customer service and I thank you.”
“Hi, I wanted to write about the great customer service I experienced today with Jeremy Higuera and Will Diaz at Big 5 culver city location. I was riding my bike for a mile and noticed how painful it was and since it was my first bike I didn't know what was the issue. I went to the store and spoke with Jeremy who kindly checked on the tire pressure and noticed it being flat. He asked his manager, Will, to assist in pumping air into the tires. They were very helpful and went above and beyond for a stranger like me. It truly made my day. I appreciate their kindness to help without anything in return. Thank you Jeremy and Will.”

“Stopped here to buy shoes for one of my kid cousins as a gift. Was surprised they had any shoes in his comically big shoe size along with the range of brands/styles. In my opinion a better option than buying from the brand directly since this way he had the option to exchange Nikes for adidas or whatever brand he wanted with a gift receipt. Staff was busy (went in December so understandable) but not rude. Parking easy in attached lots for Westfield mall.”

My cuz got 2 hats because one was 50% off if you were getting one. Then I got some soccer cards which were really cheap compared to other stores. Also the store is in a lit spot.
