Had to true a fat tire e-bike wheel. Not an easy task. Ron took them extra time to pull it off completely and true it better than I could have ever for a fair price.

The owner, Ron, took great care of my e bike and fixed it on the spot. He is a very knowledgeable guy and did everything in his power to get my ebike back on the road. He really took the time to make sure my ebike was working before I left. If you want solid work for a great price, visit this shop!

I used the Bike Center to true a front wheel. Work was excellent. Owner repair person was excellent communications. Price was reasonable. The wheel truing was great! Very adorable tiny bike shop, set up for quick repairs, and some bicycle accessories. Looks to carry some bikes too.Located below the Metro E Line (Expo) center at Culver Blvd and Robertson. Parking is a tiny bit tricky. Although, owner said for a quick drop off and pick up, I could park in the driveway behind and next to the shop. I parked in the strip mall nearby, but it is not technically okay. Also parking on Venice Blvd. near Strip mall.I would definitely use this bike center again.

Great place for friendly bike help. Though inventory is very very small because it's a satellite branch of the one in Santa Monica so just keep that in mind. That's the only reason why I knocked off a star

Excellent find for a bike rental in mid-Culver City. As a bonus, Ron, the proprietor of this store is a wonderful guy! After calling several bike shop for a rental around Culver City, with no success, I lucked out finding this store through yelp.Looking for a bike to rent for an afternoon. This store allows for an pre-pickup, online reservation or just stopping by for a rental. My son was fitted for a bike promptly and the prices are incredibly reasonable. It's a small store that's nestled in an odd area under the overpass, in fact it looks like a Metro entrance with its green banner and signage. You can find parking if you head onto Robertson, south of Venice at that intersection ( take a sharp U if heading east on Venice), and turn right into the first alley, where there's metered parking behind the Del Taco.Highly recommend this great bike shop for bike rentals!

I met the owner during UCLA free bike day where they give away all the unclaimed bikes on campus to individuals rather than just throw them away. I'm not sure if the owner is affiliated with UCLA in anyway or if UCLA Recreation contracts out bike work to him. He was there at UCLA greasing up the chains, making sure the gears worked, and the brakes functioned properly before students rode them home. My Trek bike had a few more maintenance issues than could be handled at the UCLA parking lot so he told me to come by his shop to give it a proper tune up.Once I came by his place, he put more air in the tires, cleaned out some of the cobwebs the bike accumulated, and made sure the gears worked properly. I also got a kickstand installed by him the day off which I believe cost me $20. The whole tune up and kickstand installation costed me less than $50 and I know a bike shop like Helen's Cycles would've charged much more. I would come here again for any future bike needs. The owner is friendly and charges reasonable prices.

I sent out a Yelp quest for estimates on an electric bike tune-up. Ron responded right away. Currently, The Bike Center is only open on Saturdays, but that's okay, it worked out for me as I could use my brother's bike during the week while mine was being worked on. Apparently it really needed a tune-up! My brother complained about my brakes and how loose they were. He said he could have been killed or seriously injured LOLMy bike was finished the following Saturday at noon, as promised. Ron had tightened my brakes, cleaned and lubed my chain, checked my break calipers and tires, and cleaned up my bike. All for a very reasonable price! I love that it is a little tiny niche under the freeway. It's close to my house, but most of all, Ron was super friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job tuning up my bike. I think I will bring it in every 3 months just to make sure it's ship shape. Super happy with my bike tune up. My brother and I will be bringing our bikes here regularly for servicing.
