My second time coming here I come in only on Sundays as it’s my only day off my first purchase a couple weeks back I purchased dolce and gabanna pour femme \\u0026 dolce and gabanna 3 L’imperatrice eau de toilette today I purchased victor and Rolf flowerbomb eau de toilette it was a beautiful birthday ? gift to my self i recommend this location if your looking for a perfume you can never find at Macy’s or Sephora I come here and find them here I’m a perfume fanatic customer service is always good to me thank you ? guys best team answered my questions and I appreciate the young ladies that were there ??

Victor & Rolf Eau de toilette dolce and gabanna 3 L'imperatrice and Dolce and gabanna pour femme I normally shop in Sephora when there out of stock if they have here I come here and purchase I'm happy growing my perfume collection during pendemic time I do like how it's spacious to walk in shop and leave I no what I want familiar with the brands I'm the store so once I see it I purchase the perfume I recommend and I no it's hard when your not familiar with perfume notes again they don't have sometimes samples or testers at the moment but if your familiar and you no what your going in for them your good to go it's pricy I agree but it's Culver City mall malls are always pricier I am happy with my purchases And the customer service to me is beautiful good customer service I always go in businesses with good intentions treat others how you want to be treated

First of all, Naintara, this review was from 5 years ago! Many things must have changed since I last visited. I had all of my facts straight when I wrote this review. Your response was a waste of time. I visited the same exact perfumerie store that you're referring to in the Westfield Culver City Mall...I know what I'm talking about. Please DON'T correct me... you're wrong! Plus, the other reviews listed here are very telling.

RUDE SELLER! RETURNED ITEM WITHIN THE RETURN PERIOD BUT HAD TO CONTACT CREDIT CARD FOR REFUND. THEY ARE SELLING FAKE ITEM ON STORE AND SOME WEBSITE AS LIKE EBAY AND AMAZON.

This mall is awesome. It has everything you need and want. It even has food courts, restaurants, and fast food. My favorite restaurant (Olive Garden) is there so that's a bonus. Not to mention, the environment and staff here are friendly. 5 Stars for sure.

I Would of gave this mall 4 out 5 .. but your Bath & Body works by far has thee worst costumer service in the entire mall .. !f we ever go back to ur mall we won't be spending any money at that store and won't be recommending anyone to go to that store too..!!!

Easy access from The LAX airport i visited my friends last week and decided to shop in this mall great place to shop eat and have fun I got some cool accessories for my phone from Mobile Fixx store the help me install new temper glass too will come back 4245002212

Security Personnel is so dramatic. I walked over to the mall outdoor area trash can by one of the front entrances to throw away a grocery bag in their outdoor area trash can and I kid you not, 2 mins later I see a Security Guard driving in a golf cart flashing their lights like maniacs. W t f. Come on? Seriously??? It's trash. Trash goes in the trash can. That's what it's for. Hello?????? Pathetic. Oh? And after reading some of the racist reviews I'm convinced Yelp needs a "thumbs down" button for all the racist jerks and their racist reviews

I think the store selection and the mall layout are nice. The mall is pretty and always clean. The reason for the 3/5 review is because this mall is very unsafe. There's shootings and theft very often. Look up news on this mall. The lack of more security is surprising considering the amount of gang bangers this mall attracts. You can't help but look at the massive amount of gang bangers that shop here. The whole mall is filled with people you don't want to walk next to. Considering the clientele, the constant shootings, and theft etc. why doesn't the mall have more security and cameras? Does the mall management not care? There's 1 security guard for every 1000 customer. This place is always flooded with people.

In spite of all of the renovations in recent years, this is my least favorite mall. I grew up in Midcity LA which means I grew up going to the Fox Hills Mall. It used to be a real treat to go with my mom on a weekend and browse in Foreign Exchange, JCPenney, Claires, and Macy's but not so much anymore. Pretty much every store in this place has some dispirited, unhelpful employees. The Target is a mess filled with children running rampant, JCPenney often has clothes and shoes strewn everywhere, and don't get me started on the food court (though I do love Stone Oven). It's beyond crowded and hectic, especially during the holiday season. Parking in their non-structured parking lot has become kind of a nightmare. The only stores I really care about in there and frequent are Hollister and Finish Line. Management needs to seriously reconsider hiring more security and custodial staff if they want to improve the quality of this mall. Highly recommend just making the drive to Westfield Century City which has way better service and more high-end stores (no Target or Forever 21 though).

I've always driven past this shopping center because it's close to my workplace and decided to check it out for the first time today. Boy do I regret it. I've been to plenty of shopping malls but this one would have to have the most unpleasant experience. On the positive side, it's huge and has a lot of variety. Lots of stores within 3 floors, although you don't really see any high end brands. The part that gets me is that it's not a very well kept mall. They really need to hire a larger cleaning crew for the size of it and make sure everything is well maintained. The worst part for me is the employees that work there. Not that I felt personally wronged or anything, but the majority of them look visibly like they don't want to be there and don't want to help you. I got that vibe from H&M, Forever 21, and Target employees at least. The cashiers don't even really look you in the eye and sometimes chat with other cashiers as they're ringing you up. I get that it's post holidays and everyone is really tired. But I have worked in customer experience a lot and it's been drilled in me to at least fake a good customer service experience when you sign up for the job. Management really needs to do a better job selecting and training their employees.

Despite the facelift, this mall still has a lot of problems. The stores struggle to stay open. The food court has health code issues. Multiple times I've been there when there was either animal or human feces (discarded baby diaper) on the floor. There have been fights in the mall. I think that if this mall is going to try maintain an upscale facade while catering to the fight/feces crowd, then they really need to improve their security and services.

Disgusting! They have roaches coming out of the dining area. Be careful with your belongings or else you will be taking these home!
