This pharmacy Huffed and puffed and blew the house down because the Home Health agency that was going to send an RN to do infusion therapy called their own pharmacy, so IV League threw a fit and said that they needed to be the one to fill the order. And that this was outrageous that another pharmacy was called to fill the order. I get to work the next day, the RN shows up and guess what there’s no medication delivered. I called Ivy League pharmacy and they actually tried to claim that I told them to cancel the order. No contemporaneous notes to support the claim. They just said it. I had to call the doctor for them to do a voice order before they would refill it. They did not admit to making a mistake. And they did not apologize for the mistake that they made. I went out of my way to accommodate these people and then they canceled the order and claimed that I told them to do that. There’s no evidence to support that claim, and I never told them to cancel the order. Quite the contrary. I called the other pharmacy and did a three-way with them to make sure that the other pharmacy canceled their order so Ivy League pharmacy can fill the order. And they did not fill the order. The order will be filled this evening. The RN visited today for no reason. No apology from the pharmacy. You’re free to draw your own conclusions about how to proceed. They were at two stars. Now I’m changing to one star. They’re trying to charge the co-pay that they promised they would not charge which is what prompted the family to cancel the order with the other pharmacy in the first place. Best. Pharmacy. Ever.

I had 2 deliveries at 9:30pm and what finally pushed me to leave this negative review was the last delivery at 10:00pm when im already in bed and all the lights are off in the house. Deliver earlier!!!

The staff have records..if you are elderly, disabled, dependent adult and have problems self report or have family report to APS. Move to another facility / pharmacy. Better yet, don’t ever become a patient of this place. You will regret it. Scam Central. Your life depends on it.

My father was sent home from the hospital with an order for IVs and the IV League promptly delivered the IVs with the necessary supply. Subsequently, following chemotherapy, he was prescribed TPN IVs and once again IV League and their representative Cindy delivered. For over 2 months, they deliver the TPN to our house on a weekly basis. They monitor his blood work and call me to set up the delivery day/time. They haven't missed one yet and the supplies are always spot on. I also called the pharmacist after hours when I did not know how to inject insulin into the TPN. He was very cordial even though it was 10pm on a Saturday evening. He understood we were just discharged from the hospital. I have nothing but good comments about IV League.

All they care about is money, and are willing to lie to your doctors and your hospital until they get it. I couldn't believe the things they tried to get away with; it was unreal. There's no reason to trust this company.

First of all, the pictures that they showcase the inside of the building is false. This place is DIRTY. I didn't take pics for I am never coming back here. I had to come here because of my insurance, but I will not be coming back. My nurse Suzanne was lovely however, everything about his place is yucky. Easy parking. Paint the walls, clean this place, is what the walls are screaming.

Ok-I have read the bad, and the medium reviews, but I just came from there; it was a bit time consuming-and a ride to get there, but well worth it, and everyone was courteous and I wasn't charged at all. This for an alternate to the Covid vaccine for those sensitive to the vaccines, suggest speaking with your GP about them, and getting the monoclonal antibodies-I found nothing at all wrong with this place, and the person I dealt with was lovely-the 5 stars is to ehlp balance out some of these reviews that look like a competitor positioned themselves with people writing bad reviews-this is a great place.

I've had a terrible experience with this pharmacy. On top of what my prescription costs, they were charging me something called a per diem, $10 per day for the medication. They said it was for the packing of the medication, the delivering, etc. That didn't make any sense to me because they only deliver it once every 10 days. So I'm basically paying $300 a month extra for this so-called per diem. I spoke to one woman there, trying to get a reasonable explanation for the extra cost, and she was extremely rude. The other man I spoke to said that it was just their standard practice. For someone who is a senior and lives on a fixed income, paying $300 a month basically for a delivery fee is outrageous. I even offered to pick it up but they said they couldn't do that. When I complained about it, they told my doctors office that they wouldn't be servicing me anymore. That actually is fine with me because I found another pharmacy to do it who only charges for the medication, which is what all pharmacies should do. On top of it I just checked the charges, and they charged me $140 for the 10 vials instead of $100. This Pharmacy is a total rip off. Beware!

Left hospital on 24 hour IV for serious infection. They never showed up. Ever. Never called nothing. When I called them and ask them what I’m supposed to do? They said you need to go find somebody to flush your IV or else you’re going to clog the line. I said I live alone what am I supposed to do and they said I don’t know I guess you’re just gonna get a clotted line. Absolutely horrific these people should be shut down and out of business I’m filing a complaint with Ucla and I hope they stop using them

STAY AWAY! unprofessional absolute gameplaying individuals who will not answer a simple question if they have a prescription from my doctor. They told me that if they don't want to fill it they just throw the prescription out so that's the kind of center you're dealing with good luck do not go here. When you're on IV anabiotic's you need all the answers that you need and the bottom line is if your doctor sent in a prescription they should be able to tell you or not whether or not they have it instead they outright told me that if they got it and they don't want to fill it they just throw it away they do not even entered into the computer. I had to call the head guy to get this resolved.

My husband was on antibiotic IVs for 5 weeks and this company was difficult to deal with as far as deliveries of supplies and IV's. He missed his last dose although I called and requested. I would not recommend them but am guessing they are another healthcare provider that does not provide quality healthcare and sends way too many supplies after 3 weeks of asking them to send! Gave the nurse who removed his PIC line the extra supplies as they don't take them back! Also has to dispose of 4 IV's that they did not send the 2nd IV for. Can't wait to see the insurance bill for this...

Pharmacy and infusion center. Sends nurses out to do IVs for patients. Very thorough about details, working with health plans etc. Is actually in Culver City, not Santa Monica.
