What an amazing surprise to learn that my local Dunn-Edwards store in Culver City, CA has a color advisor. I was able to make two same-day appointments (on a Saturday) before buying paint samples. Daisy was warm, patient, knowledgeable and committed to helping me find a paint color that would make my design choices more cohesive. We communicated in person, over the phone and via email on Saturday. The advice areally paid off. By Tuesday (3 days after my first visit) the walls were painted and the color choice is perfect. Thank you Daisy! I highly recommend this service.

Daisy McMurry at Dunn-Edwards did an excellent job working with our building association to develop color schemes for our building. She was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful, utilizing her art degree to guide us in finding the perfect look.

Dunn-Edwards is great.
I live in a condo and their Professional Color Advisor, Daisy, has helped us put together numerous mockups of different paint colors for the exterior in order to get building consensus.

All staff was so lovely! The specialist Daisy was incredibly helpful!!! We came in without an appointment and she spent a lot of time with us as we tried to decide what color we wanted and the impact of each potential choice. She gave advice on what colors may work better in a small space versus a bigger space, and how each color may make a room feel to us. She had so much knowledge and was super impressive. We started our appointment wanting turquoise and we ended up with a soft calming green color for our bedroom, & soft yellow for our closet which we love. Thanks Daisy & team!!!

I am glad they brought back the Color Consultant to the Culver City store. I, for one need an expert opinion on choosing the right colors when buying paint. Between me and the consultant, we get it right. DE has great paint and a myriad of colors. Love them

This is a well-run paint store, unlike its counterpart in the Marina.Color consultant found us the perfect colors for the exterior of our house, in about 5 minutes.We bought samples which were ready for us in about 5 minutes.Great, efficiently run store, with nice employees.

Assistant manager Joseph was incredible helpful, kind, and patient with me. He walked me through all the whites and later, when there was a miscommunication with someone else at the store, he worked with me to fix the problem.

I never posted a review since now but I feel I should do it due to ignorance of assistant manager (Joseph Gutierrez) in this store. I purchased paint and primer for my outside gates and found out that the primer is sticky and won't dry for several days. I returned the product to the store and was told that the primer is not the right one for this paint job. I told them that they recommended this primer and asked for refund due to the salesman mistake giving me wrong product, but they did not accept. The assistant manager was not cooperative at all even though admitted their wrong doing. Customers to them have no value, only selling their junk products matters to them. Their mistakes are customer burden. Very sad.
