Max and his guys recently did two jobs for our family -- and I was super impressed! The first job was to install seagrass wall-to-wall, with two sets of stairs. Not the easiest job, but Max and his amazing team got it done -- and with a smile.The other job was carpet and vinyl flooring, and it turned out beautifully. From start to finish, I can't remember any projects that went more smoothly. Our family is so happy to have found Carpets Direct and will use them whenever we can. Thank you, Max!

The owner was very helpful and brought carpet samples to my house so I could judge them in my room color and light.The installation crew was very good, and clean up was excellent.Highly recommend.

Max is fantastic. He was recommended by a few people I know and he sure came through. Great price for new LVT flooring throughout my 1300 sq ft house. I had laminate installed only 4 years ago but they did a really bad job, the flooring was separating at the seams, I had a LOT of squeaks in the floors, and because my dogs "leak" water from their water bowl, I had several spots of water damage. I informed Max that I was concerned about the condition of the subfloors, the previous guys had said I shouldn't worry because they were "floating floors".Arcenio and his helper arrived on time on Day 1 and after removing the old floors, found quite a bit of damage which needed fixing. Pretty much the whole day was spent repairing the subfloors, putting in new plywood and screwing down loose boards.It took 5 1/2 days due to all the extra repair work that had to be done here and there, but Max charged me a very fair price for the additional work. I highly recommend Carpets Direct. BTW, they specialize in refinishing original hardwood floors!!!

Highly recommend! Max was quick to respond to my call as we had limited time to replace the laminate floors in one bedroom - he came the same day to give us a quote and the work was completed later that week. He's incredibly helpful and we are extremely happy with the floors.Arcenio did a fantastic job and even switched around his schedule to accommodate our deadline. Thank you!

This company is fantastic, from the start of working with Max to decide on the type of wood flooring. He was able to assit me with picking out a floor that would match the style of my 1939 home, he let me take as many samples as needed. The installers, Arsenio and Jonathan were amazing, they were very professional, cleaned up after each day of working, listened to my concerns and made any changes that I requested. I would reccomend Carpets Direct for all floor services. They are in the community and not a big box store and you definitely get the attention to detail from them. Thank you to all.

Max is the owner and he is very knowledgeable about all different types of flooring. Prices are very good . We ordered vinyl plank flooring and area very happy with it. We will use Carpets Direct again for any future flooring needs.
