Company broke almost 3 months ago.
I dunno how they are still offering loads on DAT.
Be careful, they are broke, if you are one of us who moved a load before they got broken, then send a claim to their bound.

If you have any other option definitely don't come here for drop or pick up. I checked in 11:30 am ,they said we will you. They call 19:48. They don't care your time wasting here ...just keep saying we will call you ... even appointment time passes almost 2 hours .almost waste all my daylight hours. Make sure to your broker fcfs or appointment? Don't come too early . Coz you will just wait and waste your time...

Hi we booked load from boa logistics.Its deliver Almost now year Ago that we Are still not paid for that load .They are not replying Any emails or not Answer Any Phone calls . They does big fraud & scammer with carriers Stay away from this fraud group

Just heard that everybody was fired by email about 4 weeks ago, Class act if I may say, We're down $4600.00 from unpaid invoice, 5 weeks and still no reply form NOBODY!! had high hopes for this company. they're usually late on their payments, but good on charging quick pay percentage never the less, also, loads come full of "surprise" stops, they hire you for a load from Commerce, CA to WA, and end up making several stops along they for the same coin, detention pay you ask? Forget about it. Company feels like run by amateurs (dispatchers where ok, its Admins suck)

Bin waiting for payment since February 2024
Accounts payable doesn't answer have gone in person to the office and they deny they are their, 7k is owed ,and the brokers still got the nerve to call or message me if I have a truck available 👎 Don't pull loads for these thieves

These guys stopped paying their bills a few months ago and are now not answering the phone. Do not haul loads for them and shippers, do not use them.

DO NOT HAUL FOR THEM THEY OWE ME SO MUCH MONEY FROM 2023 AND STILL HAVENT PAID ME!! $30k still waiting for payment and they don't answer calls or emails stay away from this place!!!

They screwed me out of 5k$ . Finished a trip into TX back in September and after sending in POD's they went MIA. No communication front accounts payable. Then if you look up thier bond it's canceled as of 10/13/24. So if they owe you money better get a move on that bond. As it looks we're only getting a fraction of the agreed rate. BOA is pocketing the rest. I suggest you use a collection agency to get straight to the shippers before you lose out on all your money owed to you.

DONT work with boa. They lie about doing quick pay and don’t pay on time or at all. 7 months and counting no payment. Never answer the phone or emails. 3 times they confirm scheduled payment and never comes through. Then they say it’s pending from customer.

Poor Payment Practices and Unfair Charges – Highly Disappointed with BOA Logistics
I had a very disappointing experience with BOA Logistics that I believe others should be aware of.
Payment Issues: We completed our first load and requested payment according to the agreed 30-day payment terms. Despite their promises, BOA Logistics failed to make the payment until over 60 days had passed. This significant delay caused major disruptions in our operations and financial planning.
Charges and Denials: For our second load, valued at $1700, BOA Logistics denied coverage of the lumper fees. This refusal led to a missed appointment, resulting in additional complications, and we had to cover the lumper fees ourselves. To make matters worse, we were charged $1260, and they are again taking too much time to make the remaining payment, which seems excessive and unfair given the circumstances.
Overall, the lack of timely payments and unreasonable charges have made working with BOA Logistics a frustrating experience. I hope they address these issues to prevent similar problems for other businesses.

Boa has a great service! ON TIME PAYMENT! My factory did not whant to buy there invoice but BOA logistics gave me a excellent quick pay and ACH my money immediately. I had work with them since 2021 till today and have always been paid. Thabks you for taking care of us the carriers.

I’ve been seeing all the bad reviews on here & I’m kind of confused. I’ve been working with BOA last 4 weeks+ haven’t had any issues with them. Enrique has been a great broker to work with. Definitely going to continue doing business with them.
