I want to alert people that I recently hire Armand's Discount Fireplace& BBQ to service my gas fireplace their work was totally unsatisfactory about ten minutes after the technician left the unit stop working i call him right away expecting him to come back and check out his work they never did charged about $500 be aware of this company, Unprofessional Dishonest the work was far below par

This place is amazing and the staff is extremely helpful. I was able to compare pricing from a multitude of other retailers in all of Southern California and they were by far the least expensive. Furthermore their team, including the owner, helped me load my two 500 pound fireplaces into my truck by hand without the use of a lift gate. Can not beat that kind of customer service! Will definietly go back for any fire place, fire pit or BBQ needs!!!!

I started using my condo fireplace last winter and just had it cleaned. My handyman suggested putting colored glass in the fireplace to make it look pretty. I went to this local store, after calling to inquire about what I wanted. I was helped (disappointed I didn't get his name) by a store associate/owner who was pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me what they had in store, but could place an order if I wanted something different. I made my selection in the store. In looking around, it seems they have everything anyone would want for a BBQ grill, anything to do with grilling and fireplaces. I was pleased to find what I wanted from patronizing a local small business, and not ordering it online causing various unsustainable sins along the way.

ATTENTION!!! If your Fireplace is acting up BE AWARE..$380.00 to change the REMOTE!!! Supe® RUDE customer Service..From Culver City to Venice $125..$100 to TELL YOU you need to change the remote..$100 2 buttons remote+ Tax..TOTAL $380 and change...SUCH A RIP OFF!!!!!! Thanks God was only the remote!!!!! Called the only guy that answer the phone got a Rude Entiled Attitude with NO shame to tell you that the tech that stayed in my house down the street less than 20 MINUTES was justify to get that type of money!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!! I SAW OTHER PEOPLE THAT HAD THE SAME 'TREATMENT"!!! AWFUL EXPERIENCE PLUS dealing with a RUDE man made it worst! NEVER ASKED FOR A FREE SERVICE AS STATED BY THE OWNER! BUT AN HOSENST ONE! Fireplace DIDN'T NEED REWIRING..IS NEW!THE OWNER STATED BELOW.a YARARARA MAMBOJAMBO TO SAY NOTHING!!! RIPPING OFF + RUDNESS.. Experience! STAY AWAY or you will feel like a sucker holdiing a FAT UNJUSTIFIED BILL..where without a plastic remote, down the street for less than 20m he charges $675 per hour..on a NEW fireplace! No Thank you! Down Below the Reply means nothing..blablabla..people are Not stupid.. as you think..anyway it takes some guts to pretend you deserved this kind of $$$$ ...wow!

We replaced our old, never-used wood burning fireplace with a gas one. Boyfriend painted the inside of the fireplace off-white, using heat resistant fireplace paint, and we ordered a set of the dark grey fireplace balls, to hide soot. Armand's sent out their crew to do the conversion and installation. (Fireplace already had a gas line going to it; they modified it and activated it). We got the remote feature, which is so awesome! Highly recommend!

Called before going to confirm they had a specific pizza oven in there showroom. They have a large selection unfortunately not the one I was looking for.
