I could not believe the disrespect the Asian man has shown my family here at superior laundromat.From the minute we walked in he was following my children around as if we were here to cause any trouble. We are a good friendly family and kind to everyone every time, and to be treated so indifferent really made me so disappointed after being a customer for over 12 years.

New owners bad attitude, have been coming here for the past 20 years and never had a problem, the owner approached me very disrespectful in front of my wife yelling at me to turn off the music when the music wasn’t even loud, new owners treat people like trash. (They discriminate mexicans)

NOT 24 HOURSI always pass by this laundry place and see the 24 Hr sign so I went tonight bc I needed to wash something last minute and the lady locked the door in my face. It was 11pm

I hate coming to this place so bad, that i went to the laundry on gage by aztecas. The weird thing about it is my clothes actually smells like downey. No more caca smelly water from superior lavanderia.

All of the washers leave your clothes wet so you have to dry for extra time. From my smallest load to my biggest load, all the clothes felt like the spin cycle wasn't working properly. Such a waste of time!

The people leaving bad reviews are to me the ones that cause "Drama" and are never satisfied with the employee fixing their issues at the Laundromat. I personally have been coming to this Laundromat for 4 , years now and I've never had any issues with any employees or machines , and I've used all sizes. There was an issue with the dryers timing going to a lower time but was fixed by the owner in which is a very kind and respectful man that runs his business WELL. I recommend this Laundry mat to any looking for a quite place to clean your clothes. They've added services too , cleaning services for those that just don't have the time .... Awesome ??.

Prices here are skyrocketing and they still don't have much folder space. It's literally war trying to find a folding space because people put their baskets on top to "reserve". I used to spend $20 for wash and dry for two baskets. Now it's almost double. To use one dryer it's $1.00 for 24minutes. 1 quarter is 6minutes of dry time.Used to be 1 quarter for 12min dryer just last year.I recommend going to Sparklean down the street. It's cheaper and bigger and they have PLENTY of folding space.

Before it was very good but since they changed owners, the service was terrible, the machines do not provide full chicken and poultry, and the machines stink, the dryers do not heat well and they barely turned them down from time to time and it is no longer useful.

Washers don't work properly. You put the downey where it supposed and it immediately throws it out. The lady in charge reached out to the owner and he did nothing about it. He has no costumer service skills. He is only worried about making his money. Reaching out to better business bureau.Thanks to the attendant who tried to help us.
