I've being coming to this Kaiser for almost 20 years... In the last 5 years it has gotten more crowded, but customer service is at it's best, great MD's btw.

I have never had a bad experience for as long as I have been coming here not with appointments, clerks are courteous and helpful, my meds are always ready for pick up so I’m really pleased with the service I get (been a patient for almost 15years)
