Although it's mostly known as a clothing store, I purchased a replica bonsai tree. I loved it! I had a great experience, and I was greeted with a friendly security guard. At first, I thought they'll dismiss me due to carrying my skateboard. But they nonetheless greeted me, and I found what I wanted. Great service and located in a reasonable distance from my home!

Don't say something if it's not true. I asked a cashier as I was checking out when they think on reopening the dressing rooms and she told me " they're open already " and I was so happy to hear that. I came back another day and she lied. The dressing rooms are in fact STILL NOT OPEN.

Was just there ,only 3 registers opened the line was so long. In line for 30 minutes. I asked the manager on duty if she could please add more employees for customer service. There had been 3 registers opened,and they closed one, we were now down to 2. At this point is when I decided to ask a a manager if someone could help out. The manager said she could not add anyone.Worst customer service . Was there July 7 at 3:30pm.

the store is so unorganized and stuff is everywhere, especially in the checkout line. i know people leave things there but it should t be that bad every time i come to the store. it's like they don't ever fix it and they just leave it that way at the end of the day every day. there r always super long lines to check out or return something and usually only 2 cashiers. don't ever stop here if you are in a hurry.

This Burlington is great but it’s not 5 star great. My main concern is not having the fitting rooms open despite COVID finally being over with. According to the news COVID is no longer no more. So why else could they not want to open the fitting rooms? They expect us to eye ball it ? They want us to take the clothes home and if it doesn’t fit just return it but that’s such a hassle. Last time I went they spoke over the speakers telling customers to not try on the clothes in the restroom. Maybe that wouldn’t have been an issue if the fitting rooms were open don’t you think? Sucks so bad. Every other fitting room is open besides this Burlington in particular. Get it together please

Worst store ever.. how the heck you only have 3 registers open and have a line that wraps around the entire store. Stupid manager help out your employees. I will cancel burlington store credit card and never coming back to this stupid store. Negative 0 stars if I CAN

Came to Burlington for a last minute gift at 10:40 pm last night and loss prevention had already locked the doors and started telling people they were close. When he was letting some customers out I asked him why he closed if there was still 20 mins to close time and he stated "they close early because it's the store rule". This type of policy is what's going to keep me from coming to the store in providing unreliable store hours. Management should really change their sign and website hours.

I've been here numerous times but this time it was very surprising. Burlington is typically a bit chaotic when it comes to organized aisles and long lines with very few employees on register but it was very surprising to see a lady with long hair and glasses assisting on register being very comfortable cussing in front of customers the way she was.

The dressing room was unavailable to use, because of some water dripping from somewhere. Plus they didn't even have any seats in the shoe area to sit down and try the shoes on! ?
