I try to get customer service by calling, texting, email and going to store. No one can help with address change or voicemail setup. Rather sad. I hope it gets better.

The salesman that opened my business account lied to me and said the 2 watches and iPads were free. When I received my bill of around $600.00 I realized I was paying sales tax on all the devices as well as the set up fees and monthly charges on each device!!! I have tried to get this resolved for months and yet there has been solution. So I took my business elsewhere!!! I’m really frustrated, disappointed and angry! If I as a realtor didn’t disclose all those charges and not free devices I would be fined and possibly loose my license. BEWARE!!

Dissapointing. After receiving "service" at this store, my business account, plans and hardware were throughly messed up. I've had to call into Verizon Tech Support to get errors corrected, plans fixed and new SIM cards activated. Poor customer service. If you have a business account, do not go to this location. So much time wasted and on my dime.
