As soon as I walked in to the store I was greeted by two very friendly Associates who asked me if I needed help with finding anything and of course I did since I never visited their store before so one associate took me to where I could find the tools I was looking for along with a couple of other items i wasn't looking for at the time then took me to the front to get complete my purchases and the other associate that stayed at the front register greeted us with a smile rang me up and helped me find my loyalty account to finish my transaction.

There nice and all but they will sure keep you waiting even when they say there gonna help you waited at service desk just to watch him help other people first, don't rely on Christan for help. Waited over 10 minutes he should came over and helped me when he said he would. I will not be going back!!

Customer service needs improvement!! Product price was mis-labeled. Just a few bucks, but waited and waited for them to get it together, and letting several customers go ahead of me. I felt they could have comped me at the price that was on the shelf but nope! ?

My favorite place to refill my propane tank on our RV. The young lady who filled us up was so pleasant and helpful. She did a great job of getting us all set and on our way. Thank you.

Went to tractor supply in crescent city, went inside to let the employee know and she was rude , pissed off at the world, she told me she was the only one certified to pump propane, then another employee walked up and I asked if he would pump it she said he's not certified, so I asked her if he was trained on the cash register so she can go pump the propane as there were others outback waiting, she rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air and stared at me like I was crazy, never ever go there again. That female employee needs to go to customer service school or get another job that doesn't require talking to customers ...

went in and asked where something was. they knew and even guided me right to it. whole trip only took about 5 min. I may have stayed a bit longer to look around but it was quick and easy.

I bought some dog food that was on a recall a month before I bought it, it almost killed my dogs and gave me salmonella also! Avoid this store at all costs!!!Update: TSC Member Support said the district manager was going to call me, he never did!

Staff was very helpful searching all over for an aluminum landscape rake that their inventory said they had but they could not locate. They also helped me get chains for my tractor a pineal hitch for a trailer.

Propane fill guy was the nicest worker I have talked with in CA! Great customer service. Propane fill was a little on the expensive side, but that is all the prices in CA.
