I had a new windshield put but didn't realize what a bad job rush job they did when it started to rain. Water leaked into my cabin. I kept the receipt, which states they guarantee their work, and tried to reach them over the phone, but they don't even answer or respond to text messages. I had to go to another place and they showed me how bad their work was and where the water leaked. I don't know how is it possible they have good ratings. Something ain't right. Either they have a lot of friends or they pay for them.

Horrible customer service, Mobile service ?More like lack of service. Made appt, never heard from them. I had to make calls, then told windshields ordered was cracked. Rescheduled for today, no call or update. Called and the guy who answered had no clue who I was, said he would call back.That was at 3:37 pm…it’s now 7pm and still no call / or update.This company is off my list of go too.Consumer beware!!!

Awful experience from start to finish. I had brought in my utility work fleet vehicle for a windshield replacement. I had thought it was going to be a great job, but that was not the outcome. The two male employees seemed to be on the come down or high on some type of substance, when I was interacting with them. Very odd behavior. At the end of them finishing up their work. I decided to examine their work and I came out of there with extra damage done to my vehicle. The rear-view mirror ended up being broken from the bottom part where it mounts to windshield. The dashboard ended up being damaged as well. The center and sides of the dashboard were cracked. When I examined everything, I pointed out the damage they had done to the vehicle, and they just kept denying everything that it was already like that and that there is nothing they can do about it and denied fixing and replacing the damage they had done. When leaving the establishment, I pulled into a local gas station to further inspect the work, and I opened the hood of my vehicle and I saw the rubber weatherstrip hanging on top of the engine that they did not put back to where it belongs. Scary moment there, imagine if the rubber weatherstrip had gotten stuck in the engine fan. Overall, unpleasant employees and pathetic work. Take your business elsewhere. They are not able to man up and own up to their flawed work.

AWFUL. As others mentioned price is so much cheaper. And sometimes we get what we pay for. About 3 weeks after getting my entire front windshield replaced it rained and leaked water all inside my car. Now every time I get my car washed I have to bring towels to mop up the inside. I have tried to get a hold of them for months now with no response. Initially there was an instant auto text from Eric for appt. Now the phone doesn't ring, says no voice mail, rings sometimes and then just disconnects. One time "Eric" auto response texted and I told my situation and no text response back. I have driven by and there was a sign posted closed until further notice. So when is saw a yelp review from this month I was shocked that they we're open again. Tried calling again and still nothing. Their work js supposed to have a 10 year guarantee and I could even get a 10 day guarantee. Workmanship is completely shoddy only topped by terrible customer service and business practices. Save your money and go to a real business to get your windshields repaired.

Needed a new windshield in a hurry after discovering a crack from driving on the 605 . Contacted this shop as my niece had her windshield repaired over 10 yrs ago from them. Got a quick response with a great affordable quote as I have been quoted twice as much. Scheduled an appointment and they arrived as scheduled and completed the job within the quoted time. So convenient not to have to go to a shop and wait around! Great customer services and highly recommend this company.

Bobby and the crew, were awesome, took a couple of days to get my windshield, but was installed in less then 30 minutes, new rubber and seal installed, was done professionalism. Give them a call if you need a windshield.

Amazing service , I stay busy as a realtor and they provide mobile service not only do they update you but they are here in a timely manner , they did my windshield and gave me my receipt and it was good to go , nothing better than service you can count on

Although I didn't get to meet the gentleman that assisted me via Yelp, but I was greeted by a Brian and Bobby that got the job done quickly. There was a misunderstanding at first, slight miscommunication but they got the job done and done right. And one of the guys even told me: "when I saw you pull up, I thought you were my ex wife, cuz she drives a Car like that." I laughed and joked and said no wonder you kept dawging me. Lol I'm glad when you can joke with people. So far no cracks no leaks wasn't kept waiting for long. I do recommend this place.
