Large location with plenty of parking. Store seems to be well stocked. I love the bakery area. I bought a cake, and it was delicious. It's a good market when looking for certain Mexican products. It was not too busy when I stopped by and so it was a good quick shopping trip. Employees are friendly and helpful, and I found everything I needed for a recipe.

Good market for all of your grocery needs. Store is well stocked and very organized. Prices are deceiving on many products. You will find deals on items which are on sale however, items priced at regular, everyday prices are definitely on the high end such as milk and bread. I'll definitely continue shopping at Walmart for groceries as their prices are always lower than all the other markets in the area Service is slow and on the three occasions I have visited this store, the check out lines are always 5-6 customers deep.

PLEASE FIX YOUR HOURS. Online it says you open at 8am but you get to the store and it’s closed until 9am. So unreliable and it’s a waste of time. Fix your hours or make up your mind. ***UPDATE: I know you guys replied to my review but hours are still wrong! What are your hours??????

I like this Superior location. I used to shop here alot when i lived in Covina. I recently stopped here after visiting my brother in Covina. They are on the border of Covina in Azusa off of Citrus and Arrow hwy. They take care of the store inside. The outside look so bad with baskets all laying around in the parking lot. The store is clean and i bought fresh meat and vegetables here. Big store compared to some others i know. Staff are nice here. Sometimes the lines are long with not enough staff. Better to come here during the daytime hours. Anyways, always a pleasure to visit here.

I'm always buy their meat and today the department meat manager upset me. I requested my meat to me marinated. I heard him tell his employee this morning to add the marinade juice inside the bag and than to weight the meat. That's horrible service. Of course add the marinade juice in the bag before putting it on the scale wow so l could pay more. Poor management. Poor customer service.

The checkout lines are ALWAYS super long! Be prepared to wait a while since it takes forever! Also, some customers don't follow the rules for the express/10 items or less lanes. They will have a cart full of items and pretend it's 10 items or less. Get the hot foods. The beans are delicious! Love the cheese & jalapeno, chicken, and pork tamales! Their salsa is good too. They have refrigerated beans, but why go for that if the Hot Food Section is still opened? The Meat Department has a funky smell to it. Smells like a mixture of meat and cleaning products. I guess they are doing their best to keep the department clean. Prices are insanely more expensive on most items. However, their produce seems to be of better quality.

Its a little market in the french quarter that has your daily needs. It might not have a wide variety in options but they do carry a lot of products.

This store has great produce at great prices, and their house masa is perfect when I make champurado. The store is clean but the bathrooms need a lot of work. Some stores I am hesitant to buy my meat from, but not this one, it is so fresh and never has a bad odor. The bollios, are just one more reason to come here, get in line when they come out fresh and hot, cause they go quick, because they are amazing!

On Friday December 9th at approximately 4:00pm-5Pm my fiancé walked in to your Covina location grocery store seeking a job. She went up to a gentleman working in the produce department and asked if they where hiring, he directed her to a heavier set older man in a blue shirt, the gentlemen said he was the manager and warned her he was mean. While she talking to your store director, Marco Rodriguez, about a possible job opportunity, she was asked whether or not if she was a citizen. Marco specifically stated that he wanted to know if she was a citizen because she spoke Spanish. She was discriminated against and told she was lying and wasting his time. She talked to him at right in front of the black sliding doors between the juice/dairy department and seafood department. There is a camera right above. My fiancé texted me right around 5pm saying a manger of some sort mistreated her, I was working at the time and was upset to hear this. knowing I'm a manger and would never mistreat or discriminate anyone. Just cause your a manger does not give you the will power to treat others wrongfully. It's your job to respect and provide the best costumer service the best possible ways you can. I get it, we all have bad days at work but it's your JOB and you hold an important title as a MANAGER. So after I call the store around 9:30 and talked to Hilda your store female manager, she expressed how sorry she was and she thinks she knows who am talking about and said she will put in a claim or complaint and call me the next day. So I never herd back from her, so I do happen to stop by to get groceries on Wednesday December 14 right before 8 pm.( few days later) I asked the security who was the manager and she pointed me to Hilda. I went up to Hilda with my fiancé and told her you never called me back and she said she was so sorry and the was going to but she was sick. Ok well you should have had the audacity to inform someone eles to make the call or followed up. As a manger it's your job to follow up with any kind of discrimination or complaint. She was nice about it, as I think she handled herself respectfully. She then called over Ernesto Sandoval and he said who my fiancé was talking to was the store director. I said no way!!! I can't believe this. I told him I need all there names and corporates number. I told him this this wasn't and he didn't seem to care he said there was nothing they can do.he was being passive aggressive and agreed that he doesn't think it was wrong that he asked for her papers knowing that he said he knew it by her language. I told him it's for E-verify to confirm that, not assuming without knowing.I told him most of my employees are hard working individuals but what gets me is we are costumers.I have to be honest Hilda handled herself respectfully and apologetic me that's what a store manager does but what a store manger should not do is "Not Follow up" she was very apologetic and I respect her for that. Only it makes it seem she didn't care either cause she never followed up. And that right there so why you get emails like this and lose customers. It makes me wonder who else is being treated in this form there. I have been in management long enough to know what's right from wrong and it clearly states in The U.S equal employment opportunity commission (EEOC) specifically states it is illegal to ask an applicant for employment about their citizenship status. I was extremely disappointed in the way that this situation was handled by your store director and assistant. I would like to speak to a supervisor who can help resolve this issue. It's not the concept that matters, it's the principle, as a working salary manager I know my rights and would not treat one like that in any way shape or form this is absolutely embarrassing especially knowing the director named Marco Rodriguez could be disrespectful in this manner. The prices are decent but make sure you double check your produce as a lot of is not the freshest. Other than that, you can find some appetizing items in their bakery. My two stars is due to their horrible customer service and hostile environment. I've been in here multiple times and almost every single time someone is yelling, fighting, etc. Today I had quite the experience as I was repeatedly harassed by a customer in line. This customer was extremely impatient due to my transaction holding up the line as a result of a system and employee error. The cashier witnessed this and didn't say or do anything to address this customer's absolutely despicable behavior. I've never been talked to so horribly by a complete stranger in my life. I refuse to shop in a store like this as one's shopping experience should not be filled with so much negativity.

I love shopping here for my groceries their vegetables are always fresh and the meat always comes out bomb ! Oh let me talk to you guys about there agua frescas they are bomb not too sweet just perfect and there bread Las concha's come out bomb !!!
