I attempted 3 times in the past month to get ahold of someone in the business that would get my truck setup done. A $3,500 quoted job that they seem to not care about. 0 customer service and their website has spelling errors all over it. They just laughed when I informed them of it. 0 professionalism. Do not recommend doing business

I have tried and tried and tried to get this situation rectified. I ordered my detail skid February 9th 2024 and paid for everything up front and it took 16 days for anyone to answer me back and when they did I had to prove that i ordered my skid with the person who no longer works there. February 17th thought we had the ball rolling. May 1rst, I Finally got my skid which was damaged in transport (which I know isn't their fault) but the skid had ABSOLUTELY NO HOLES drilled for any of my equipment, so me and my team had to drill 30-40 holes ourselves. To fix the problem the main guy Hector and I spoke on the phone and in multiple conversations promised to send me out a Chemical rack to rectify this problem. Here it is 6 MONTHS LATER, NO CHEMICAL RACK, NO RETURN PHONE CALLS, STRAIGHT TO VOICEMAIL, EVERY TIME I CALL THE SHOP I GET SOMEONE DIFFERENT and nothing is ever done. They do absolute AMAZING WORK, but customer service is very bad. I feel like they just don't care!

This company is horrible, ordered a skid it took months for it to arrive, when I did it was messed up. Then spoke with Hector who stated he would send a chemical rack for customer service because of this. Yet today have not received the rack and now they don’t answer calls or messages. This is a horrible place to order from.

I had spent 7 grand on the back of my van to get done. I had only the generator & the vacuum, I had said I needed everything else just excluding those. When I got my van back all I basically paid for was the steel WHICH I DIDNT EVEN GET COLORED OR POLISHED I GOT THE BASIC ONE. & a pressure washer for 7gs! no air compressor, not including the supplies. I first thought they were a trusted business, but I was completely wrong. They’ll do anything to make $ off you. & try to fix it with a small discount on your next purchase & an apology. SMH. SUPER DISAPPOINTED.

Great customer service at all locations! Great for beginners or those who have experience in the detailing business. They also have amazing van set up all custom to your liking!

This company did a couple detailing set-ups on my NV3500 and NV200. I couldn't be happier with the results. Their set ups are quite pricey, but the quality is amazing. Trust me when I say this, if you want it done right, this is the place. I learned the hard way not to go the cheap route when it comes to these types of set-ups. Love the work guys, keep it up!
