I had a very pleasant experience here with the pharmacist Linda C. Not only is she efficient, but she's really kind too. I could tell because she treated the patient immediately before me with the same professionalism and kindness. She's good at what she does. I can't emphasize it enough, her kindness and friendliness really shine through.

I had placed an order yesterday for 6 pictures when I went in to pick them up they still hadn’t been cut.I asked the girl working if she can please cut them for me she said she wouldn’t because she doesn’t trust herself doing it because the last time she did it she messed up a ladies picture. I asked if she can have someone else do it instead and she said no because she was the only one working the photo department.I paid $90 for their services and they couldn’t cut the pictures for me. Won’t be going back

Went here for my wife's medicine and the customer service was excellent. Happy people work here. It makes a big difference.

CVS usually has a good selection of quality Hallmark cards, so occasionally I'll go there for cards. The section for the kind of cards I wanted was low, but found one (only one left, though).However, my experience with the service was ZERO STARS.The two self-service registers were being used, so I stood in the full service line, clearly marked with a sign. There were no other customers being helped at the registers or waiting in that line.I was the only one.There were 3 employees in the register area (behind the plexiglass) and one employee on the customer side. Some of them were cashiers, perhaps one was a manager or in some other position. NO ONE SAID A WORD TO ME AS IF I WAS INVISIBLE! They were talking to each other, lost in their own little world. I thought of saying something to them, but a self-service register opened up and so I used that.This obviously wasn't right and a manager should speak to those employees. In order to do this, you need to know that this occurred on January 20, 2024 around 2:30 p.m. at the CVS at 575 S. Citrus Ave. in Covina, Ca. You can check the records to see who was working then.

Don't buy gift cards here! I bought a couple over the holiday and come to find out they all had a zero balance. When I notifed the manager and the cvs cooperate offices they said, "All yeah it happens All the time. There's nothing we can do." Seriously? If it happens all the time, then make the necessary changes to protect your customers. Will not be shopping here again.

this location is always having trouble with the photo equipment, always out of stock on certain paper types and does not do passport photos but have a huge sign on the wall above the photo printing machine. Always directed to Azusa and Badillo. SMH

Imagine waiting in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru to pickup your prescription and then when it's your turn nobody answers. You look at a sign near the window and it says they are closed while they go on break daily between 1:30 pm to 2 pm but it's only 1:20 pm.

Many staff have been here for years. I don't care for the pharmacy but switched over from rite aid for my general drug store needs because check-out is easier since they have self-checkout.

Always great service ? Pharmacy is A-1 top notch , I am patient and try to order beforehand, but sometimes you forget and sometimes you remember but they are always there to help you! remember they don't get tips! So be nice and sound nicer ??
