Came in to cash a small check for a small job I did for my business . Everyone in this branch are simply amazing and nice. The moment I walked in I felt a positive vibe, everyone smiles at you when you come in and when you leave. I just might come back and open an account at this branch.

I came in here with two payroll checks that are with their bank from a previous employer and they will only let me cash one per day. Not satisfied at all.

I've been banking at the Citizens Business Bank located on Badillo for 37 years and have been very happy with their service, however when I really needed them they couldn't bother helping me out.. As a business owner during the Covid 19 virus pandemic I was eligible for the Payroll Protection Plan from the federal government to pay for my employees’ salaries while we were closed down. I submitted an application for the loan to Vice-President Tom Morcos at the Badillo Branch and after confirming that I was a customer of Citizens Bank Mr Morcos said he would submit the application for the loan. I explained that I was concerned because the government money was running out and when it's gone there will be no more funds made available. After several days and I didn't hear back from Mr. Morcos, I called him to see if the loan has been approved and e-mailed him also and was IGNORED by Mr. Morcos. He couldn't be bother to respond to a loyal 37 year customer in their dire time of need. The rally cry during the Covid 19 virus is "We're in this together", but I think Citizens Banks motto is "Go away, don't bother us.The good news is that I was able to get a P.P.P. loan through Banner Bank in Glendora who had the loan approved in hours even though I had no previous business relationship with their bank.. .

I've been doing business with Citizens Business Bank since 1988 and I love this bank. It is an oasis of caring professionals in a desert of big, impersonal chain-banks. Small-town feel. They know me by name--even when I pull up to the drive-through! Having been with them through so many years, I've witnessed the consistency of good service. There is never a long line. And I feel safe in there, too. They have a double-security door which keeps out ne'er-do-wells. Their competent staff has helped me so much with my small business over the years. They are part of the support system I rely on. It's amazing a small town, honest bank could survive in this day and age. But their good business practices have supported not only their survival but growth. I recommend this bank to anyone who is in business.

Es la tercera ves que voy a depositar y me dan mal servicio. la cajera agarra mi cheke y cuando le pido mi recibo no me lo quiere dar. Siempre boy a ese lugar y ya son tres veses que me asen lo mismo.

Misleading business hours. Don't show up at 8:30 in the morning thinking that you can cash your check, they don't open till 10 AM.
