Can’t give Josh enough stars. We’re honestly new O/O and we’re trying not to fit the stigma associated with new O/O but we’re failing at that. We were stopped at DOT inspection site in Cottonwood due to issues with our tandem. I’m sure other not so new O/O would have known how to fix the mechanical issue we had, but in any case, it was nice finding Josh. He didn’t take advantage of the situation. Got under the truck, made some adjustments, showed us what needed repair down the line and 10mins later we passed our inspection. THANKS JOSH!

called 30 people when i was stuck on top of shasta. He left his vacation early to come help me fix my beaks. very knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem over the phone and came and fixed it.

Unbelievable quick service and knowledge that's what I have to say
One of my drivers broke down in Weaverville. He was "tell me what broke" explained the problem and was like, "I will be there in 2 hours and get you going."
Didn't disappoint there on the dot, and 40 minutes later, truck up and run

John helped us out of a big jam we had a hard to find tire on our lowboy trailer and John called around until he found it and then came out to install the tire. John not only changed that tire but aired up all our other tires and then helped us realign another tire so we could check the air pressure. I would highly recommend John to anyone traveling through this area and need help on a tire problem.

Stay away from this shop or their road service.Overprice. Totally SCAM. Will charge you overprice for parts and for easy fix they'll take more than 4 hours so they can charge you for $labor. There another mechanic shop 1 miles away same road North side try them. SCAM!!

Scam mechanics. I had a blown line from the air compressor and they decide to change air dryer and almost had me change the air compressor. Luckily was saved by another mechanic. These guys are total clueless mechanics. Do not use at all costs.

Called the company and John answer right away. Told John i had a truck shut down at the cottonwood scale house, he was over there and had my truck up and going in no time. reasonable rates , extremely satisfied will definitely use him again
