Todays visit has been one of the nastiest visits I have experienced in any retail store. This woman that works there had the rudest rbf ever seen. Discriminating people by staring up and down as if she's above them all. This happened at the VS front side. She had long black/brown hair, and huge hoops with a leather jacket. It's understandable to be aware of surroundings but she went up to my mom and sisters stared them down and gave them the ickiest reaction. Ugh im appalled. It's 2024 VS.. hire workers who don't judge.

The braces are coming out very badly from the rod in the seam where the rod is, they hurt a lot, I had to put them on and that's how I realized that it hurts a lot but they told me that I took off the label but I had it there so I told them well I have to wear them with labels and I brought them back, so in no way did they want to help me.

I had the worst customer service today. I was waiting in the line, and they just helped a lady who cut in the line. I was waiting about 10 mins to get a help for picking up my order, but girls who were in the check out desk just ignored customers in the line. Okay, if you guys are gonna ignore customers and do whatever you want, then why you make a 'line starts here'? Do you think customers who keep the line are dumb? We keep the line because this is the BASIC MANNER for community. For them, it's all done when they get paid, but for customers, this makes me have a negative experience about Victoria's Secret. Victoria's Secret needs to train their store workers more. It's really annoying.

Came here to try on a few of the new items they had and the lady was super passive aggressive the second time I came in the dressing room even though I put everything back the 1st time I went in. Unfortunately I forgot my LV paper bag in the fitting room and when I asked the employees they started acting suspicious and when I received my bag back the receipt was taken out of the envelope and thrown in the bag I hope with good intentions it wasn't the employees but the way they acted it makes me believe they could have looked through it :|

Getting bras is never fun. I don't like shopping in general. Today I was welcomed by Nicole. She measured me, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She checked with me while I was in the dressing room, exchanged the models and sizes until we found the best look and fit. Like I told her, it was like shopping with a girlfriend. I ended up buying more than what I went for. Thank you, Nicole! In general, everyone in the store was very nice and it felt like back in the day Victoria's Secret. Kudos to the manager and all the girls who interacted with me. PS: While I was waiting in line to pay, I picked a lip gloss. New packaging and flavors. Talking to other girls in line we mention how there was no testers to check the colors (on our hand, not our mouths). I mentioned it to the male cashier and he said they didn't have any tint, just flavor. But they are all different colors, though, which is weird and it would be different than other brands. I asked him if he wears lip gloss and he said yes and they are clear. I left the gloss because I do like a bit of color with my gloss and since he was so sure, I didn't question it. Please have a tester so we don't have to trust or doubt someone not wearing gloss, lipstick, or anything. Also, if there were testers I probably would have picked more than just one and actually buy them instead of leaving one looks-like-red-but-it's-clear behind.

This is for the Victoria's Secret side. I'd like to leave this message because I feel like the sales people there first stop you from the time you walk in the store, they are very annoying then several ask several questions before you have entered the store. I'd always like to walk in and walk around a bit before I decide however, the sales people always stopping everyone. I believe this is considered borderline harassment.also their supervisor Courtney is no peace of pie, don't ask her to help, if you don't want, your day ruined.

Gotta love the semi-annual sale! That's the best time to buy whatever you need from Victoria Secret. The sale is awesome! You save so much money. Especially since Victoria Secret is kind of expensive to begin with. Sure you can get bras for cheaper elsewhere. But you won't be getting the same quality of Victoria Secrets bras. Their bras are made very well! Especially if you go for the bombshell there's padding and push-up! It helps you look two cup sizes bigger; score!! I like the sleep shorts that they sell too! They are super comfortable and cute with the dog on them. But they always seem to be out of stock in my size when I go. That's okay. Anyway, I am loving my new padded/ push-up bras! :)

Review for the pink side of the store. I was in 7/1 and the customer service was awesome I even opened a credit card with the girl. But today it was a nightmare to exchange new underwear for the right size i needed the day before I accidentally grabbed small and xs but I needed medium. All I wanted to do was an even exchange because I had the receipt and the lady the day before told me everything was returnable but these 3 ladies that were working were acting like if I was asking for something difficult when I had the receipt they were unworn had the tags. If a mistake was made the night before it's not my problem the customer service was a nightmare going back and forth for 30 mins about how they couldn't find them on the receipt and they wanted me to wait for the credit card to come in the mail but if they were giving me a problem with the actual receipt they gave me yesterday then they were going to make it a problem in 10 days when the credit card arrives because the girl who helped me the day before scanned them in a way where they couldn't figure it out but again as a customer that's not my problem and an even exchange doesn't need to take 30 minutes of my time

This review is very specific for what I saw at this specific store today. Everyone knows that Victoria Secret/Pink has been very slow to catch on to the Plus Size/Curve movement with their advertising and selections. (My opinion). So I was more than surprised when I saw a plus size/curve mannequin in the store displaying bra and underwear. My wife is curvy and sexy and loves to shop Victoria Secret and Pink but there selections sometimes are limited. so at least now I know she has more options there to choose from and I am glad. Thank You very much for that and keep it up.

Very very bad service and bras' quality is getting worst. My push-up wireless bra I bought was broken inside after washing. I came to the store to ask if it could be fixed but the manager was crude to say that it was over 30 days to exchange or return. Ok, I don't need to get my money back or exchange but I need it to be fixed. The quality is getting worse with VS. I cannot imagine how bad it is. The higher price, the worse quality is. The manager insisted that it was my fault and did not accept the poor quality. I left the broken bra at the store because I don't want to see very bad bra again. No star for VS and never wear or use any VS's products any more. Thanks for very rude manager's attitude. You deserve to get zero star for your service.
