Back in the weight room and I wanted a pair of Vans. They feature flat, tough soles that work excellent for lifts like squats and deadlifts. Vans perform better than running shoes, which are too cushy and energy absorbing. For lifters, a pair of Vans is the go-to solution when in need of good affordable shoes. I searched stores for the Aloha Classic Old Skool. Found them online and they arrived in 2 days. Mahalo nui loi, Vans!

Terrible customer service. Placed an order for a pair of customs on 3/31 with no sign of shipping or update on the status. Tried to follow up with customer service via email several times and the responses I've gotten are maddening making. Best I can say is that I was offered a $20 off coupon for any future shopping. However, I explained that I needed a more concrete shipping date as I'm preparing to move and all I got back was stock and unhelpful answers without any new information. From other reviews I've seen from the past couple months, it seems the best option is to steer clear of the customs option and avoid customer service at all cost. Seems like a shame. I've been buying Vans regularly for over a decade as my everyday sneaker. I don't want to stop using their products but this has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

Unbelievably disappointed in VANS. Spent hours last night buying $4000 worth of shoes online for our refugee tutoring program. Both orders canceled this morning. Spent an hour on the phone with customer service and eventually given a non-working number for your corporate office. We chose to purchase with VANS because we believed it was a quality product and wanted our kids to have the best! What a mistake! Terrible customer service and hours wasted. There are much better companies out there. I hope you see your errors and can make improvements in the future!

Something is wrong with their material. This (pictured) happened on another recent pair... and now again on this pair. I haven't been on a skateboard in decades, but yet still love Vans. Maybe not so much any longer. The pair pictured are 4 months old and since I didn't have proof of purchase, there was nothing they would do for me.

I am completely dissatisfied with van’s I ordered shoes a day ago all I asked was them to switch my shipping address and they tell me there Is no way to change the shipping information only a refund. How does that make since? It wasn’t even shipped yet. So I asked for a refund and they said two weeks? They have to wait for it to get to the warehouse? No I should get it now. This was for a birthday present and now I have to figure something else out. Thanks a lot.

Ordered Vans for our granddaughter as we could not find her size in our local store.
We ordered on July 11, 2020. Order arrived in a timely manner.
However, they did not fit.
We returned via usps on July 20, 2020. On August 14, 2020. USPS tendered the package to returns agent.
Finally....Chatted with customer service agent on August 28, 2020. They advised they received package on August 27,2020.
Refund will be processed in 5-7 days.
It took 38 days to get returned via usps (Vans return carrier) and now another 5-7 days to receive a refund.
There is NO customer service phone number listed on website. Worst customer service ever! Please take this under advisement.....DO NOT order from their website!

I ordered a pair of Custom vans and notice the address was the wrong address . I tried to change it as soon as I noticed it after I submitted the order, but they say that once customer order is submitted nothing can be done . They say to return the product. Really how can I is going to the wrong address.?

I ordered a pair of shoes for myself, my son & daughter. They were supposedly shipped last Wednesday. They weren’t sent to by address. Idk what happened. They said delivered. Never received my shoes/:
** ***** sucks! & I tried reaching out to see where they were sent. No response, filed 3 claims with ** ***** customer support. Have not heard back in almost a week. Vans Website doesn’t Have a contact number.
Only email, and haven’t heard NOTHING. I am so upset & disappointed because my two kiddos have no shoes that fit right now and I was counting on those.. lost out on 80.00$ /:

I called after receiving a custom pair of shoes, which I waited on for over a month! They keep changing the deliver date, each time I called in for an update. My shoes came without a box. I needed box. Called in and supervisor "Terry" offered me a $10 gift card, which I declined, then he hung up on me after being rude and pretended not to be able to hear me! Called back and supervisor "Mark" was rude and dismissive also. Neither should be in a leadership role! I'll never purchase another pair of Vans sneakers and will make sure no one I that I know does either.
