Horrible customer service, just got a call from the Asian guy about my request and instead of helping he was just being rude and at some point started to yell at me. That is unacceptable behavior and not knowing how to communicate with the customers.

Drop box was totally broken, but at least I got to deliver my packages..? Just a disappointing surprise. It looked like a lot of other people were trying to use the drop box too. Line looked pretty long because of that.

I need to talk to a human being at my local post office. It says a package was delivered 2 days and of course it wasn’t. I just want to know if they have it in their possession.

Tried to call to get a price on sending a package. Got caught up in the phone system which said it was going to send me to speak with an agent 3 times. Then it asked me if I needed anything else, I assumed it was about to transfer me, so I said no. It told me to hold the line after I was done so I could do the survey, then promptly disconnected me. Not great.From what I can tell from the website, going to UPS instead will cost me 4 bucks more but at least my package will get where it's supposed to and they answer the phone when I call.

Super impressed by the efficiency and prompt resolution provided by my local USPS Costa Mesa. My package was stated as being delivered on Thursday, but I did not receive anything. I put in a service request to locate the missing package on Friday via the USPS hotline. USPS Costa Mesa emailed me with confirmation of service request receipt on the same day (thank you, Joivian Hayes!). Today (Saturday), USPS Costa Mesa called me saying that they will redeliver the package to my address, and a few hours later, I have the package now - usps delivered right to my door! Five stars!!!

I've been a PO Box customer at this location for over 3 years and have always received First Class service by each counter person, be they male and/or female.
