I’m calling at midday on a Monday, live store traffic report says not busy. Called like 10 times and no pickup. I’m literally calling to ask a 5 second question about whether or not they have something in stock. Employees gotta be lazy as all hell, I used to work retail, this is wild.

Daisy and Litzy were FANTASTIC! They assisted me with my online exchange in store. Daisy was extremely helpful and such an amazing trainer. Litzy was quick to go grab the boots that I was looking for. They did an amazing team work. I had a great customer shopping experience. Great team!

I’ve never really cared for the Uggs brand, but my daughter dragged me into this retail location & I saw the line has so much more! Scored myself some adorable green slippers & boots for my daughter. Daisy, Litzy and Destiny were super sweet and helpful with finding just the right sizes & recommending care kits..

I had an amazing shopping experience! Daisy was a great manager and trainer! She assisted Megan and save me a walk to my card. I accidentally forgot my card. I had my Apple Pay. Daisy was quick to solve my problem. Joe was able to find my sizes. Overall this is a great team! I had an amazing shopping experience. Thank you guys!

Daisy and Tim were truly AMAZING! They did an outside team work assisting my daughter and I. Daisy and Tim went above and beyond for us. We were greet as soon as we walked inside. Daisy has great product knowledge. Tim made sure that he found every boot we wanted. I was highly satisfied with my shopping experience.

Daisy was amazing ! She provided great customer service to my mother and I. Daisy was training Destiny and did a phenomenal job! She was really descriptive throughout the whole process. I was very disappointed that the UGG store was closed at South Coast Plaza. Before I took the trip down there I googled it and I yelped it and I called them. Nothing on either site or phone said that they shut down. I had to go and search the mall because it's even on all of the mall directories still. I am not sure when they closed but I have been calling for a week before I went down but it said the voicemail was full So I took the chance to drive down there, only to find out that is completely shut down. They need to change their website, the mall needs to remove it from their directories, YELP needs to remove it from their directories as well as Google because it's gone. Not happy!

Unfortunately, this location has closed. I did not get a chance to take a picture. The space rent was probably too high, and they decided not to renew their contract. I hope they relocate to a local shopping center near by .
