Gated security gates, security cameras everywhere, inside and outside, a security card is given to each customer/client, and is used to enter any area on the property. All the entrance doors, front gate, and elevator require magnetic security card. Flat push dollys are free on site, the inside has air conditioning and is climate controlled, also it's very clean throughout the whole property.

The staff is very knowledgeable and make it easy to get you truck/van. They let you know all the information and make sure you understand everything about you vehicle before you leave.

No parking! Very small entrance and all parking is taken by trucks couldn’t pull in anywhere!

Terrible, terrible service and facility. I made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed and had a confirmed time which was then again confirmed by a test from U-Haul that morning for a 9:30 appointment. The lady on the phone told me it would take approximately one hour. When I went to my 9:30 appointment I was told it could take up until 5 o'clock before my car would be ready. I explained that I had an appointment, they responded that it is a first come, first service facility, and that they do not go by appointments. The assistant manager Annona, and the general manager were both very uncaring, rude, and just not good people. They made no effort to accomdate me considering that it was U-Haul's mistakke to give me an appointment. Just no humanistic compassion. Makes me depressed and to lose faith in people.

This place is great. There does seem to be an issue around (outside) the place with homeless type peeps. I have seen a cop or two, giving the 'shake down' a couple times now out front. You're sure this happens more often than not simply because U-Haul does not man this place in the front... No, nobody up which I'm sure if there was a shop front store keeper person they could just sit there and the homeless would not even stop and gather but since the place is unmanned I'm sure this will continue to happen. But the place is clean and the prices are great!

Tried renting from them and couldn’t even speak to someone on the phone. Went in to the location twice during business hours and doors were locked with open sign on and couldn’t find a representative

I don't want to write an overly negative review. So, I'm merely going to suggest that anyone dealing w this location for the purpose of renting a vehicle....make sure you check the final receipt emailed to you at the end. I prepaid an 8 hr rental of a 10' box truck on Sunday w the simple instruction of just bring back and drop the key in the box. My return due date and time was 1/2/22 @ 10pm. It was there @ 8:15 pm. Not only was I over charged...they processed the return Tues 1/4/22 @ 11:45 = 3 day rental. $$$

Do not waste your time at this location. My fiancé made a reservation for a storage unit weeks in advance to our move. We arrived at the storage facility with our confirmation email, but no one was in sight to assist us. I understand that due to the pandemic office hours and staffing might differ, but this was just terrible customer service experience all around. We called the number they had listed and were on hold for 20+ minutes, only to be told that there was an error with our reservation and there were no storage units available for the size we had requested. After a long 22 hour drive in 2 days, hearing this information was disappointing to say the least. Luckily, the San Juan Capistrano location was able to assist us and get us set up with a storage unit with no issues.

I had the worst experience ever. Their system is so bad that not only it'll waste hours of time, they barely can look up your storage units and reservations. I reserved a unit and they cancelled it for no reason. I called, since they didn't have the same size anymore they promised me the larger unit with the same size. I rented their truck took everything there, guess what! They said no you have to pay the full price! Like they never ever promised anything! The funny thing is that they could see the note that the customer service told me I'll get it with the price of the smaller unit that I had and they canceled it for no reason. So next time I'll prefer throwing everything away rather than giving a dollar to this company. Have been waiting to hear from them for my claim... pretty sure they won't call me cause they were supposed to call days ago.

If I could, I would give no stars. I can't get the GM or their boss to give me a call back in regards to the unsafe, defective vehicle I rented. I have been trying to get ahold of someone for a month now. I will NEVER rent from this location or company again without a satisfactory resolution. I need someone to get in touch with me IMMEDIATELY!!!! I'm Tired of wasting my time calling customer service and not receiving a call back.
