I would give a zero rating if I could. Went into this location to rent a trailer. Was third in line, with two people working the computers. When it was my turn, I was conversing with the young man helping me, the lady using the computer to my left kept coming over interrupting our conversation to use his computer to help her customers. I assume she was the manager. As I was asking him some questions, she came over again and told me they couldn't help me any longer as the line was out the door and I needed to go online or call customer service to complete the transaction. I objected and let her know what poor customer service this was and she repeated again that I needed to leave and complete the transaction elsewhere. Never have I been treated so rudely and seen such poor customer service. I have lodged a formal complaint with U-Haul.

Rented a Uhaul from this location, the empty fuel light was on when I rented the truck. They then hide in fine print that you're expected to fill it up to 1/4 tank when you return it and they'll "reimburse" you for it when you pick it up. If you don't do this, they'll charge you a fine.The pickup/drop off situation is extremely convoluted, there are 3 different locations on the same street, and you need to pick up and drop off at different buildings, but the staff on site is very unhelpful and you only are directed to do this by small signs.To top all of this off, my estimated charge was $45, but I ended up getting billed for $350(!!). I then need to call and be put on hold for 3 hours to finally get through and talk to 2 different customer reps to get the charges dropped.Have never had such a bad moving or customer service experience, please avoid this location

Worst customer service ever. Period. Dropped off a vehicle at this location and left a personal item in the vehicle that they were able to locate over the phone which took me 3 phone calls to get thru to this number listed for this address. Then after they located the item, told me to have someone pick it up or see when I can pick it up. I live in another state and they said they wouldn’t send to me, even after suggesting that I would pay for it. And called customer service and they gave me the same issue. I have always used Uhaul in the past but never again will I use this service based off this one experience. PENSKE or BUDGET from now on. Even if I have to pay more, better service and customer care deserves more $$$. Garbage experience.

I was told this place closed at 5 on a Sunday, went there and it was closed, since it closes at 4pm while it says 5pm on Google and the customer service representative said 5. This location doesn't provide any help if there's a mistake like that, and no way to do mobile phone pickup, so I spent another hour on the phone and nothing was done.

The customer service at this location is terrible, the pricing is also not very good and the truth is the equipment is dirty but the fact is that is how it always has been. If you ask me U-Haul is a very challenging business to run. Could you imagine dealing with customers while they are in between homes. The fact that they're doing business with U-Haul is a sign that they are not able to afford a real moving company. I watched the customer service person deal with a person that damaged a truck. They were claiming that the damaged was already there and it was obvious to me that it was a fresh dent. The yellow paint from the yellow poll the guy hit was literally rubbing off the side of the rig. The reason for the five stars is because the people that work at this particular location are working really hard. Yes I think they need better management, yes the customer service people need to change our attitudes and yes I wish U-Haul would do something about the ridiculous pricing but the fact is that this type of business is negativity every single day so you have to almost feel sorry for the people that work here. Next time I will shop around more, I will look at their competitors and I will also make a reservation much more in advance if I have the opportunity because people are leaving California more than ever and U-Haul is busy like never before. Then you add to the fire the fact that employees don't wanna work, the governor keeps giving everybody money and you end up with what we have. A place that offers a service that we absolutely need but unfortunately has created policies and procedures that are challenging and difficult because the client is also challenging and difficult. That's my opinion anyways.

The staff at this location needs training on customer service. Everyone here is rude and unprofessional. They over charged me, refused to give me an explanation or a printed receipt of final charges and it took 1 hour to return my truck. They hand wrote a Mickey Mouse receipt and never apologized for their errors. They made it out as if I was the unreasonable one! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND COMING to THIS LOCATION. Again..THE LADIES and management were very unprofessional and lack skills to deal with customers. They are robotic and unconscious. I will never come back here to rent a truck

I’ve rent here several times over the past 2 months. On both occasions I’ve had problems. Both times trailers were dirty with debris. Second pickup had debris and grease throughout the bed of trailer. Had issues with this particular branch charging me twice.I had to spend 30 minutes on the phone getting a credit with the reference number. U-Haul in itself is not a bad company just this branch is ran very poorly and the customer service is sub par. My suggestion, just find another branch to rent from .

Wow this place is so disorganized and just bad service. The lines were out the door. The workers didn't seem like they knew how to do their job. I did everything online so I would cut my time in half. At least that's what uhaul promotes. That didn't work. Also the guy who was helping me couldn't answer my questions. They weren't difficult questions. One question I had was what was a 24 hour drop off location he said he didn't know and his computer wouldn't tell him. Then directed me to call the 800 number. I was with him for about 25 minutes and I don't even know why. Again I did everything online. That place is just a hotmess. Don't recommend.

William in the hitch department was fabulous. My bike rack that I brought in had some problems and he was able to get my new U Haul hitch to fit it perfectly by doing some minor adjustments. He was terrific on the phone and in person, very professional and made sure everything fitted perfect for safety. I'm definitely coming back to this U Haul store in the future. Woman who answers phone was also very friendly and helpful.

Horrific service. We made an appointment for a trailer hitch and dropped the car off at 10 am. Told by the gal there it would be done in a few hoyrs. Returned after 3 hours at 1 and car parked in same place. No work done or wven started. Then told it would be done by closenof business at 7. Ridiculous and the girl was very rude about it. Never using Uhaul again. Canceled our service there

Terrible service. Nobody on site to help... They advertise 24 hrs but that is certainly not the case... The manager was condisending and rude. No light in the unit. Other than that it was great...
