I rented a van for $20 per day and they said unlimited miles but it was .89 cents per mile and that more than doubled the price. They do not reveal that info to you. Jus misleading advertisement

Worst customer service ever , tried to return a rented uhaul overnight. Dropped off the key in the locked key return box , Manny the owner lost the key , then blamed it on me . This guy is a complete fraud , he is unethical and rude , cursing at my girlfriend using the F-word directly in her face . Strongly recommend uhaul stop a relationship with this equipment rental location as it was the worst experience of renting a truck I have ever had .

I clearly should have looked at all these 1 star reviews before renting a truck here... would have saved me a ton of time, money and stress. The man who runs this location is so incredibly rude. He has a clear lack of customer service and is extremely unprofessional. I won't get into details but I highly suggest going ANYWHERE else to rent a truck.

I showed up at 7:50am for the 8:00am reservation and as I'm going through the process on the ohone I find the truck that was assigned to me. The owner walked out with a couple and gave them the keys to that truck. I politely let him know that that was the vehicle on my reservation and showered him the number. He replied " sorry I just rented it out" and rudely started walking away. I asked him how it works and is there another vehicle for me. He said "no I'm all out" and kept walking. I let him know that I had that truck reserved and he through his hands up and said "sorry I just rented it out" with a smell in his face and kept walking. I asked him why he gave my vehicle away and he said first come first serve. I let him know that's not how reservations worked. He kept saying sorry can't help you, over and over. He said call another U-Haul. I let him know that I had my whole day planned and reserved this vehicle a week ago and called 3 days before to confirm. He said "can't help you" I was very frustrated at this point and ask him if he could call another U-Haul location to find me a truck as he is the one who rented my vehicle out and he said "nope can't help" he walked away and started doing other things. I spoke to the lady up front and begged her to help me. And she apologized and said she can give me a number to another U-Haul. The owner walked by again and randomly said first come first serve with another grin on his face. I was very polite and he was extremely rude and somehow thought it was funny. There was another truck out side and I told him if it's first come first serve then rent me the other vehicle. He shoook his head and said "then I will have to deal with this same issue with someone else. I let him know that that is not my problem. And I would recommend he call the other person and let them know that there is no vehicles and help find them a vehicle as that is what customer service is. The lady that was there was very nice and let me know she would help me. I will never go to that location again as the owner was very disrespectful and rude from the second I got there and was not helpful. I honestly don't think I will ever be usuing U-Haul again unfortunately due to that experience being so bad. The vehicle they rented me stated it was full take but it was not and I failed to take a picture prior to using it but I put 8 gallons in the truck to get it to full as I didn't want to get hit for a change. There is no way my 26-30 miles was 8 gallons worth of gas.

Wow, worst experience renting a U-Haul ever! The guy was a total j*** on both days. Finally I told him to stop being a j*** and he cussed me out. Parking was nonexistent for dropoff. I had problems uploading photos on the U-Haul app (I'm very tech savvy) and without looking at it he told me it was my fault. I was never able to check it back in completely. He finally said he would close it himself in the morning but I fully expect extra charges for some nonsense. Suggest not going here and taking lots of pictures if you decide to take a chance (I have pictures, videos and audio from after he started cussing me out).

Terrible customer service. We reserved a truck to move items from one part of the state to the other over a month in advance (with an order for many supplies as well). The day we were to pick up the truck they cancelled the order. No call, no explanation. No solution offered. The customer service was horrendous. Do not use.

Showed up cause U Haul reserved me a truck at this authorized dealer, but when arriving they stayed they had no trucks. They added "we have a wheelbarrow" as if that was any help. Not very professional.
