Nice clothes and shoes. Only unpleasant thing is the staff treat people like they're going to steal inside the store, plus hovering and breathing down your neck, making the whole experience not worth shopping at this place. Used to like coming to shop but not anymore after being treated like a burden and nuisance.

My sister, her two kids (one being an infant, the other a two year old), and I went to this Tilly's location in hopes of finding some shorts. Absolutely no workers greeted us when we walked in, which is fine but just added to this horrible interaction with their costumer service. I'm not sure if they were annoyed over us bringing kids into the store or if they are just like this at all times but regardless our treatment was very unsatisfactory. We were waiting by the fitting rooms where there was a worker who visibly saw us wanting to get a room. He kept making eye contact with us and said nothing. We had to ask for the rooms and when my sister with two kids in her stroller asked, he opened the room that was not going to fit the stroller. She then asked if the bigger (handicap) room was available and he uttered "uhh..." while staring blankly at her. She said "it's okay" to his uncomfortable silence and stare, my sister then left the store in tears. The other workers gave us side eyes and weird looks the entire time. When we walked out of the store I made eye contact with one of the employees and they all failed to say bye or anything. The entire time we were shopping they neglected to ask if we needed help with anything. The entire time in the store we had smiles on our faces and were as respectful as we could be. My sweet, kind, and caring sister did not deserve this treatment. Unfortunately, we weren't able to catch their names.

When I came in this location, the absolute worst Tillys ever for customer service. Regine, the manager is the worst retail manger I have EVER come across. Doesn't care for customer service or people or customers at all. She has made me never want to shop at a Tillys ever again. I will never buy another single item or gift card ever. If I ever get a gift card I will ask to return it. When trying to simply exchange a shirt for a LARGE instead of the medium I was gifted she wanted me to pay almost $20 more for the shirt. Just to get a size that fits me. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT the Manager REGINES STRONG SUIT AT ALL. STEER CLEAR. and shame on you Tillys.

Assistant manager was super rude. Walked in three employees were talking, one greeted me. I came in to buy some shoes once I got to the register I asked the cashier- who was the assistant manager- if they had another size. She then went onto her microphone and very rudely asked her associate if they wanted to look for another pair of shoes while giving me a dirty look. She then told me that was the only size they had and rung me up. I usually don't write reviews.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will charge your bank account after they cancel you're order. And customer service email won't help. The person in the phone just says I'm sorry. Bad Business practice.

I was at my home store in Belmont store unfortunately they didn't have my daughter size and recommended me to Tillys in South Cost. This was the closest store with the size I needed. It also was a 18 mile drive from my home. Once in the store I walked the whole store and was never greeted by anyone! I approached the register asked for a item that was on hold. Once she rung me up, there was a price difference online than instore. She called the manager (Sara) over who informed me it was the online price. I asked could she just help me order them and have them mailed to my home. Then she says, it will still give me the instore price. I left and went to my car. I go online and proceed to purchase the shoes online. I realize it keeps saying I can pick up today! I go back in the store and ask the Manger (Sara) Why does it keep give me this option? She replys YOU CAN ORDER ONLINE and PICK UP IN STORE. After I just told this lady how far I drove she didn't even give me this option. SHE LET ME WALK OUT THE STORE! I guess my money was no good in her store. What a big disappointment. Still ordered the shoes and waited in my car until my order was processed. The things we do as parents, my daughter really wanted these shoes! Double bummer my son worked for Tillys for two years and to know I received this type of treatment sucks!

Came in today with an online order exchange, it was quiet in the store this afternoon but the young lady behind the register really took her time with me, making sure she held the right item for me, helping me into a dressing room and even came out to make sure she removed the security tags (apparently the alarm sounded, but I was entirely unaware) AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! And as always, cute clothing. I exchanged a pair of pants, and left with a new dress:)

Tillys is a wonderland in retail for the poser kook with discerning taste in extreme fashion. The Tilly's business model remains unchanged for over 25 years and why would it when the same style of fashion still flies off of the rack as it did when the Clinton administration was still in office? They stock your typical snow/skate/surf brands like Volcom, Hurley, and DC Shoes alongside of Bro culture brands like Fox Racing and even some gangsta wear like pleated Dickies pants and flannels. While you shop you will be transplanted to a simpler time with tunes by Linkin Park, The Offspring, and Blink 182 while you consider purchasing choice items such as studded belts and motocross gloves. You get extra street credit for still rocking a bleached spiky haircut or oversized pewter skull rings and cuban link chains. Speaking of jewelry, they also offer ridiculously over priced quartz fashion watches from brands like Nixon in the event you want to turn $200.00 into $0.00 in one fell swoop. The service seems fine to me although several other Yelpers seem dissatisfied with how their experience went and my guess is that they were not offered free Monster Energy Drink or The Punisher stickers to put on the rear window of their Brodozer. We all now how this demographic gets when free stickers aren't offered. Tisk tisk.

Poor service from the cashiers. I went to redeem my reward points and rewards coupon. I have never shopped at this location before, so I thought I would check it out. Wrong decision because I got poor service from the cashiers. When I got to the register, the unfriendly associate rang me up. She saw that I had rewards points cash, so I had her apply it to my balance. And then she scanned my email rewards coupon. After the transaction, I notice the rewards coupon wasnt applied so I went back to her. She said sometimes the rewards coupon that was applied will not appear on the receipt. In all the times I have gone shopping, that never happens. So I calculated it myself and sure enough, the coupon wasn't applied. I returned to the Associate. She called another associate who was just as unpleasant and unhelpful. He insisted that the coupon was applied. I told him, the Associate who helped me (she was standing right beside him) saw that I had rewards points cash and a bonus rewards coupon and could ask her. She saw both. He rudely had the gall to repeatedly insist that the rewards points did not exist. I told him he was wrong and he just needs to ask the associate beside him. She saw both prior to ringing me up. But he continuously insisted I was not telling the truth because he says he's doing me a favor. He was being a j**** so I am definitely not going back to that store again. Both of them need to be retrained on what are reward points and what are reward bonuses sent by email. They clearly had no clue what they were. And then the customer service rep that replied to my concerns was clueless too. I highly recommend going to the The District Tilly's. The Manager and reps there are friendly and knowledgeable.

I always purchase clothes at this location for my son but my last visit was not a good experience. I bought different colors pants from this store few weeks ago and when I washed the gray pants the fabric washed off and the front looked shade of orange color. The manager .... ( don't want to give name but hope she read this) was very rude and did not want to help me when I went there for an exchange. She told me to call customer service and I didn't appreciate tone of her voice and assuming the color change because of usage of product! This pants was purchased 6 weeks ago and I took the tag off couple weeks ago with washing it only couple times only. I am very disappointed for the service I received from this great company that I have been shopping for many years!
