I’ve been visiting this place a few times this past few weeks with my job needing ample amounts of containers. The container store here at metro point has a great selection and staff is very friendly. Shout out to Laura for helping us out with letting us know we can order online and letting us know that their shipments come every Tuesday!

We happen to walk in here this past Saturday to re-organize our closet space. We entered with no appointment, kind of an idea of what we wanted, and hoped for the best. Pauline was the person who helped us, and she was not only talented, but extremely kind and patient. She walked us through every step of the way, and we feel very lucky to have worked with her. From when we walked in, to when we left, it was about an hour and a half, and we walked away with a closet design. We were very happy with. Great job.

I always have a good time at The Container Store. My husband was actually laughing at me because as soon as we walked in, I started getting all giddy! It's just a fun store. It allows your imagination to run wild of how you can organize your kitchen, your bedroom, your bathroom, or your garage. It gives you the tools to run wild with beautifully organized closets, refrigerators, and darwers. But reality sits in, and you realize you can't afford everything you want.As far as prices go, I would say that they are slightly to largely above average. There are definitely some things that are quite pricey, and then there are some things that are more affordable. Here's what's great about them versus shopping online or at a big box store...When you walk in, there are options galore. Like I said earlier, this gives you the ability to have your imagination run wild and how you're going to organize your are. Then, because you are there, you are able to measure everything and really actually visualize it in your area.I highly suggest pre-measuring your pantry, closet, refrigerator, etc. And then also bringing a measuring tape with you. That really helped us on this trip, and we were able to visualize how the organizational tools that we ended up buying we're going to work, and they worked out perfectly.Be prepared to spend time here. This is not a quick trip. But in the end it will be worth it. We come back here time and time again because they have just about everything you would ever need or want to organize your home. Just beware the pocketbook will take a small or sometimes large hit.

Great deals! Good quality items from Amazon target and ikea ! brand new items most are still in boxes products for low price . Just bought items for worth $300 for $30 Owner is very friendly !

The Container Store needs to stop selling, "Richard's Moth Repellent herbal sachets." It does just the opposite. Yesterday I looked in my closet in absolute HORROR to see a"live moths farm "on the sachet and a giant hole on my new cashmere-sweater, behind the sachet, where they are feeding. Small white winged moths crawling all over. It happened to another sweater and there's holes in all my wool clothes as they migrated to other sweaters in my closet. I'm complaining to this manufacturer asap.I'm writing to warn others, don't use this product!!!! I found other reviewers on Amazon who had the same horrible experience with it !!

Shout out to Marcos for his amazing customer service! Super nice and hard working! Such a pleasant experience to shop at this store. I have purchased everything from intermetro shelves, plastic organizers, and rubberized hangers. I have also utilized the store pickup option. Thanks for the helping hand for all of my organizing needs.

This store has all your organizational needs. Perfect for OCD people that like order. Store locations are not convenient, closest one to the IE is in Costa Mesa. Small organizational items they sell you can find at TJ MAXX/Home Goods and even Amazon for way cheaper. But if you plan on checking the store out, make a day of it!! It's located in a very nice shopping area.

Great place. I couldn't find what I was looking for but the staff helped me find it. I needed freezer containers. Now I'm obsessed and I need to get some more for the fridge. You can check online for items in stock.

Always a great place always find way more than I need! Although the prices have gotten to be pretty high, so I can't get everything I need to make the kitchen run smoothly. Looking for other options in the future.

What a horrible experience after spending a considerable amount of money to buy closet systems for seven closets. Upon delivery, numerous items were missing and I had to go through everything myself to figure out what was wrong. Turns out they gave us completely incorrect items and I had to figure this all out. The "professional" closet design was a joke as the on-site expert jammed so much in the closet you couldn't fit anything else. Upsell much???? When I went back to the store to return the excessive amount of items they overcharged me for, a kind witch came outside to let me know I could not park and unload the full trunk I had in the loading/unloading zone. She was so kind it made me really appreciate the customer service this store is obviously lacking. I will never go back to this store again.
