One month ago I mad a commitment to go six days. A week. I take the class from instructor Brook and she makes the class so fun! I am completely hooked. This is the way to get fit! I can't wait to see what I look like in 3 more months....Body By Brooke ....in progress!
Nice gym! Good variety of equipment, snacks, clean bathrooms, water stations, not overly crowded and covid protocol in place. I just use the club gym but have taken classes and they're a great work out!
Friendly front desk staff and trainers. Challenging workouts. Friday's were the most challenging days for me. Good class schedules with early morning classes and classes throughout the day.
