Got my ear cut. I obviously felt it when it happened but she never said anything when it happened so I figured it must not have been bad and maybe she didn’t even know she got my ear. During the haircut I felt this warm dripping feeling at my ear, but I thought it was the water she sprayed on my head… it was the blood dripping from my ear. She never said anything and I didn’t know until I went in my car to leave and decided to take a picture to see if I was imagining things. And of course I already paid and tipped 20%. I should’ve walked back in to get a refund or at least an apology but I ended up just driving off. But I hope the hair stylist sees this and recognizes this should’ve been acknowledged when it first happened. Not cool.

I usually go in for a trim of my undercut. They have always done well and there’s never been a wait when I check in online. Unlimited cuts is the way to go here.

I have read the negative reviews of this Supercuts. I have gotten a great haircut from Katie before, so I returned only to have the same negative experience. When I got there, there was someone in the chair and 2 waiting. She said there would be a wait and did I want to come back. I agreed to return in an hour and a half, got back a few minutes early and there was someone in the chair and one waiting. When it got to be the time I was supposed to be back and the guy in the chair left, she took the guy waiting. I can’t believe she had the gall to take a walk in after I had already waited an hour and a half. I won’t return. Too bad, because she really does a nice job cutting hair.

Asked how I wanted my hair cut then didn’t hear because she wasn’t ready then questioned my choices multiple times. I told her I was offended and her response was “really” I should have just left because she did a horrible job. I will be canceling my membership and going back to the girls across the street
Requested style: 2 on top 3 on the side square the back, clean up any weird hairs.

the older lady, was rude, handled me roughly (I can take rough, it was just unprofessional) didn’t do what I requested and it almost seemed as if she rushed me out after the cut was finished. Unfortunate. GGs Go Next.
