This is the worst fashion brand I’ve ever seen. I went there to return my shoes and after 5 minutes waiting until they collect my personal information which was not necessary, the sales person said they didn’t have $96 in their register to refund me. What a great company, no wonder why they are no where in the market.

In the Steve Madden downstairs, next to Bath and Body Works there is an employee named Carla.......DO NOT TRUST HER. I bought some shoes, and knew they were cheaper on their site. I asked if I could price match...she looked straight into my eyes and said that they don't price match. A lie. Called another store and asked if I could price match, and they said " Yes, of course. All locations price match with our website."Moral of the story: Don't trust this specific store to give you store policies and rules truthfully if it doesn't favor them. Or just specifically Carla.

I had an extremely unfortunate experience at this particular store location. During a simple exchange for a smaller size, there was a significant delay without any explanation provided. Several employees were involved in trying to assist with the exchange. After patiently waiting behind this counter for over 15/20 minutes, I politely inquired about the delay and expressed my concern. I simply asked what the problem was. Regrettably, the person who appeared to be the store manager responded in an extremely rude and condescending manner, asking if I wanted to be charged more. This unexpected behavior left me and my sister utterly shocked. To make matters worse, the surrounding employees found amusement in his response, which further added to my disbelief. The manager then went on to ask if we had somewhere else to be, which we did. Considering it was the day after Christmas, it was understandable that we didn't want to spend an hour standing in Steve Madden. I am still taken aback by the manager's behavior and attitude. He was seemingly rude to his employees as well. As a result, I have made the decision never to return to this location, and I cannot recommend it to others either.

The rudest manager I have ever encountered. He was rude to his employees in front of customers, and it took him and his employee 30 minutes to complete 1 exchange. The exchange was for the same shoe, just in a smaller size. As my sister and I were waiting, my sister simply asked what was causing the confusion, to which he responded, “We’re trying to get the prices to match. Would you like me to charge you more money?” He then proceeded to ask, “Do you have somewhere to be?” as if not wanting to stand in Steve Madden for the rest of eternity is unreasonable. The employees laughed as he gave attitude to my sister and I. They were all unprofessional, rude, and incompetent and acted as if doing their job was an inconvenience. I hope he gets fired.

Sulema/ Zulema was AMAZING! I needed help to find heels to match a gown I was wearing the following weekend, and Sulema helped me right away with multiple options. Great service and was so kind! 10/10

I suggest to get only in-stock items from this location. They had to order my size from somewhere else and I paid extra for express shipping. It shouldve arrived to my doorstep, but instead it got delivered to their location. I wouldve been ok to pick it up, but nobody ever contacted me - not thru phone, not thru SMS, not even thru email.

I went in today just for a return and the girl employees give so much attitude and for what. They seriously need to hire professional people. The girl employee at the door was talking to some girls and laughing, so I just walked in. She said "exuse me ! Can you stop?" in a bad tone. Then said I had to wait outside. I was confused because she didn't acknowledge me or even look at me. I said sure. I was shook. She didn't explain what was going on or anything. I was the only one waiting outside. Then another girl employee was helping me do a return. She said it had to have the Oder # and date. I had it already ready. She then tells me ,"ummm, no that's not right, we can't return it" I showed her clearly where the info was at in the email. Then she said "oooh okay" , didn't even apologize, and kept asking another employee for help. She also tried so hard to make me exchange the shoes or get different shoes, I told her several times no. I just wanted a return. Rude ass girls work there. Worst customer service and bad experience.

Everyone here is so nice, helpful, and attentive. Had a great experience even though I was in a rush to grab a pair that I had already scouted online.

This man Fernando D stole my chocolate. I left my bag of laderach chocolate and came back 1 hr and a half later to get it because I live down the street and he opened my bag and ate the chocolate!!! I even said nicely that he could have some and he replied oh thank you, you don’t have to share and proceeded to take a piece and that’s when I noticed the bag was already opened. So rude and unprofessional. They should have waited until they were closed. I even tried to call twice and no one answered even though there was one person in the store when I came.
