Very weird experience Paid for my item and cashier asked me for phone number name and tried to get my DL number for no reason? Never had this happened to me before.

Beware of this place! The manager/cashier Pilar was not nice at all when I addressed the prices were tricky! They said all jackets are 40% off with the today's tag and they have 3 different dates on tag price but after ringing up everything she did not take off 40% of the jackets that I got from the jacket racks and told me they are sweater and they are really thick coat plus the set of workout pants has only 1 tag but when you look at the receipts they are ring up all separately. I came back right away after seeing $179 on my receipt which my calculations were only about $100 and she denied to take it back! I used to come to this place and never had problems with Sandy but I encountered the blonde lady and she was not nice! Be careful giving her your stuff too while you're still shopping cuz she would ring them up right away without your permission and without you in-front of the cash register! I felt got tricked and will never come back here ever again!!! What a ripoff! I ended up going back to the other consignment only a couple blocks away at "Twice the Style" they have better stuff and better customer service!!! No wonder why I'm always the only one person shopping whenever I come here because of low quality stuff and low quality customer service!! Don't change your store name! It really suits you LMAO

Amy is amazing to work with. She is super efficient and knows her stuff. Has great communication and is very responsive. They are very accommodating in that I was traveling and they worked with me on having someone else pick up my unsold items etc. I will never go to anyone else for clothing items I'm ready to let go of. And...added bonus, I always find something else that I love there and pick up while dropping off what I don't need anymore. A win win! Highly recommend them.

Found so many gems with great prices!!The racks are stuffed with carefully curated pieces in great condition. They have a model of keeping items for only three months, with the price lowering each month. I got a classical white button down for $12, an embroidered kaftan for $19 and a sequined party dress for $15. The cherry on top is the sales lady was so friendly and helpful.Bookmarking for future visits!!

Looking for a good higher end consignment store this one has a mix of brands mostly less expensive brands and the few designer brands here are a little dated. I rate my experience by my purchase and I didn't buy anything.

I always drop in at SO-LO Consignment Boutique whenever I'm nearby. They have many designer and upscale clothing brands and a collection of Chico's garments and accessories,too. I usually check our the sale racks for super bargains. Jewelery, handbags and shoes are also worth a look. Everything is in top notch condition! The staff is helpful and can sometimes give you a better price.

I headed back into this lovely consignment store, today, for a few things. Found a beautiful Chicos top, reading glasses and Nike tennis shoes! All were in great condition and well priced! The store is clean and nicely laid out and they also have some beautiful designer bags and clothes. Service was great! Give them a try! I will be back!

I had never done consignment before and was sent to two different places to help a very busy person sell her beautiful clothes. Each person I've met at the SoLo Boutique was beyond helpful and informative. Being a first timer, they were very accommodating and helped me to learn more about the etiquette of being a customer to this type of business. I'm writing this because I really appreciated the kindness and knowledge I received from them. The other store I was asked to take clothing to was in Costa Mesa also. It was very snobby and uncomfortable.

I have been a consignor in this shop for years and have always been satisfied. It is clean, well run, and items are well organized by size. It is easy to make an appointment and the sales people are efficient and fair. Thank you, Pilar, for making this work for buyer, seller, and consignor.

Consigner beware. If you are going to consign here, be committed to checking the donate box. They are really nice when you bring stuff there, but when you go to pick it up, they print the list and let you find it and say they will help if they are not busy. You wander around looking for your stuff and they act really put out to help you find it. I felt like a criminal when I went both times to pick up two different batches of items I brought there. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever felt. Then later I felt anger because you are making free money off things that I paid for that basically fall out of the sky when we bring it to you. And I know a few items that did not sell were stolen items, which does happen in every business. I had also brought 4 jewelry items for a friend. I had to bring my friend back to have her find the last non sold item. Before she spotted it, the owner (who the week before did not tell me she was the actual owner and referred to the owner in the third person when it was really her) was saying she could not see the item in the system when I have the excel list of all the items brought there and the item number. I knew the 40% cut was 44.95 and she was playing stupid and then was saying to find a similar bracelet and she would give store credit. That does not even make sense. You have to pay the next girl whose item we would have picked with the store credit, so why not just pay out? My friend ended up finding the bracelet and we got out of there. The store is cute. They have cool stuff. The prices are fair. But it is funny. I had ended up spending more on shopping than I made after the first drop off while they evaluated the items at my appointment. Bottom line. Anything you bring, you have to figure it is a donation and you are not in it to pick it up.
