I’m so grateful for Aseel, who helped me recently at the South Coast Plaza West store. I needed foundation, which I don’t usually wear, for a family wedding. She helped me find the perfect color and formula, narrowing in on what would work best for me. She is knowledgeable, gracious, efficient and fantastic with color. She did such a good job that I asked her to help me find a cheek and lip color for the wedding as well. It was such a good experience that I’ll always go back to that store and look for her!

5 stars service and 5 stars customer service I went to wrong Sephora the mall is huge and has 2 Sephora! I was late for my lashes appointments. The lady who pick up the phone was extremely nice calming and gave me direction and told me not to worry that they will wait for me! Top notch customer services here . My lashes artist iza was extremely nice and put lashes on me within 5 min super fast services very nice and very welcoming thanks you will be back

I ordered for pick up due to lack of time(2 toddlers). I got home opened my items and one of them was a store sample empty and filthy. I contacted customer service and they could do absolutely nothing. If it was an error on the customers end they would be able to do and undo everything. Worst service ever! Who is going to reimburse me my time and gas having to go and come twice for something that was their error!

Kimberly was such a great help! She was very knowledgeable, patient, and provided wonderful service for me yesterday! I came in to get a foundation that was light weight and buildable- she knew exactly what product to recommend for me! She also did a color match for me. She was great!

The ladies at this store were so incredibly helpful, kind and patient with my mum and I. All the staff were constantly asking the customers if there was anything they needed help with. I received very helpful advice on skincare and my mum received very helpful and thorough advice on makeup from multiple staff members. They answered all our questions with a smile on their face.

recently had a disappointing encounter at Sephora that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I had a payment issue, almost losing $60, and the employee and manager's response was far from ideal. Not only did it take an excessive 30 minutes to resolve, but there was also a lack of apology for the inconvenience caused.The service I received fell short of expectations, and the overall experience was disheartening. I expected a more efficient and customer-friendly resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with the decision not to return to Sephora in the future.

I went here with some friends a while back and two of them bought lip glosses. They both tried them and didn't like the lip glosses so they went back in line to return them. They both had the same cashier and she kept questioning them about why they wanted to return it and was just very rude. Then when one of my friends went to ask for samples she responded saying she had none but after i saw her give the next customer some samples. Over all it is very organized but just a bad cashier with an attitude.

Roger is the most amazing makeup artist EVER! I am in my early 50's and feel like I don't know how to do my makeup anymore. Roger helped me with my problem areas and made me feel beautiful as well as educated by the time I left. He is extremely easy to talk to and really listens. He brought up things from the beginning of our conversation at the end which made me feel heard and suggested techniques that really changed the way I will do my makeup in the future. When I came home my husband said, " Wow you look like you're in your 20's!" Thank you so much Roger

Worst service ever. Please go other store guys! My recent encounter at Sephora left me disappointed, particularly with their point redemption process. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unfamiliar with how to handle it, putting my accrued points at risk.

Came to Sephora looking for a few gifts and the sweetest girl named Maria was very welcoming :) made my trip easy thx to her. This is the second time she's assisted me with any perfume/cologne needs & she never fails to find me the perfect fragrance OMG!!!? Aside from being knowledgeable she was very patient. She made sure I was happy with my purchase and checked me out when I was ready. 10/10 customer service! If you have any fragrance questions or need recommendations... ASK FOR MARIA!!! will definitely be coming back to her :)

Hannah spent so much time with me answering my every question I had on the different skincare products. I had a list of products I went in looking for and it was really cool hearing her suggestions and the amount of product knowledge she had. I also love that she was super patient with me and fully understood that everyone's skin is different! Such a sweetheart. Don't let her go!

Eileen the manager is OUTSTANDING. I walked in and she was so helpful and patient with me. I found the perfect lipsticks and she helped me with an exchange and her wonderful positive attitude just made my day!! Thanks Eileen!
