Bought a truck from them last week. Witching the week I've had to replace the car batteries and now I'm sitting on the side of the freeway because the alternator just went out. Of course they're saying they're not liable. Stay away from this dealership they sell lemons.

Like usual salespersons, everyone is nice and friendly before buying. Even though I ended up buying my jeep here but I would never recommend this dealership. Your better off buying a stocked jeep and customizing it yourself, they are wayyy over priced! I had to take the jeep back 3x times because of issues we would find. The lifts and suspension they put are bad brands, we are currently replacing it

Had very good experience with them. My daughter turned 18 last month and we wanted to get a used electric or hybrid car. We did a lot of online research then actually visited four dealers. SCCarzone was the smallest place but had the most electric/hybrid cars on the lot by far. Two of the dealerships we went to advertised that they had cars on the lot, but didn't when we got there. Lots of bait-and-switch nonsense. SCCarzone was friendly and no pressure. Our salesman was Bryan. Easy to work with and no nonsense. Very straightforward. We negotiated for a couple of days and eventually reached an agreement. Then we dealt with Austin who is the contract/paperwork person. Nice guy, knew what he was doing, did not waste our time. Everything went smoothly. We have had the car (2019 Hyundai Ionic all-electric) for about a month. Very happy with it. My only gripe was that there was only one key fob. But here is why I'm giving them five stars: not just because they were reliable and good to work with, but a couple of weeks after we closed the deal we got an unexpected package in the mail from SCCarzone. It was a second key fob. I had been pricing key fobs and they are pretty expensive, so this was not just a great surprise, but they saved me $200 or more. They did it on their own too. Just a really nice thing for them to do.

I see there is plenty of identical opinions on CarGurus, cars dot com, and google. Shady tactics, bait, and switch, nontransparent, all true. Attempted twice to get them to confirm the price by email, and all they did was deflect and not answer the question. The price you saw online on any of the sites, is NOT what you will get the vehicle for. Plain and simple. Don't waste your time on this shady dealership.

This dealership is not trust worthy and allowed me to drive down there wasting my gas and the car was no longer available. The rep, Kait, text me at least twice in the morning to assure I was coming down but was not honest enough to call or text when the car was sold. They tried to show me other cars and if they had been honest I may have been open to it. I would not recommend this dealership and there shady tactics.

This place is shady as hell. They have the "car price" that they advertise to get you in the door, then they have the "accessories" cost they tac on. They refuse to give a straight answer on how much this charge is. These "accessories" are charged to every car there. The "accessories" that they try and charge thousands for are basically cleaning the car and a digital license plate. You cannot opt out of these "accessories". Buyer beware, they will try to swindle as much money out of unsuspecting buyers as they can. Stay far away from this place.

Please stay away from this dealership. I dealt with someone by the name of Kait and Mario and by far they are the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with at a dealership. They are dishonest and misleading. Please don't go to this dealership, stay as far away as possible. You will not regret the decision to go elsewhere I promise you that.

Misleading! Went to look at a vehicle three times. Carvana valued the car at about $22, 000 SC Car Zone advertised about $26,000 When I started to negotiate they actually wanted $42,000! Outstanding marketing...but, no deal. Go to somewhere else!

STAY AWAY!! I warn you !! Place does not even deserve 1 star. An absolute scam and full of immoral human beings. We bought a car here and signed a contract for a set price only for them to call us back and try to have us resign another contract for a way higher price than stated before. We declined and stated we wanted to return the car and stayed we would like our money back (deposit) before leaving as I felt like this place was lying and being scammy already. They stayed they gave me a refund but my bank confirmed no money is pending in refund. I'm 10 months pregnant and they were okay with me sitting on the porch with no ride back home to corona since I returned the car due to their lies. When I asked for the fine print the general manager said "I don't have to give you shit so go ahead and take the car so I can come repo it " and mind you he was yelling at me. After I stated again I want the fine print so I can confirm I will get my refund he told me to leave and had me sitting outside 10 months pregnant and decided he would no longer help me get an Uber home out of spite. This people are immoral crooks who lie and lie for their own benefiting. They also say they can only make deals on a car with you if you leave a 5 star review. They know they can't get them on their own so they incentive to leave them. Every good review on here is only here because they make you a "good" deal only if you leave one.

They don't advertise the correct price of the vehicle They do packages like lift kits &wheels and add that to there price with out showing it on there advertising price. Made me waist my time I even did a pre qualification for the vehicle got approved and got all exited . Once I got there I was told about there packages and was told that it was an additional price for what they had done to the car Don't waist your time call before and ask for the total price after there packages to get an idea of what your looking to finance. Or just advertise the actual price it's that simple. If your advertising a car for 31 thousand and your adding 8 thousand lift and kit packages then just advertise the car for 39 thousand it's really that easy.
