Bought a couple pair of Ferragamo shoes at Saks and a belt at Nordstrom, which came with out any packaging/Box for a $600 belt and one pair of shoes didn't even have a dust bag.I decided to go straight to the Ferragamo store at South Coast today for a pair of Loafers, and I was not disappointed. I ran into Maddie who was an absolute rockstar. She provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced (Extra Soles so the Loafers fit like a glove, Dust Bags, Proper Packaging ) Thanks again Maddie for treating me so well! Ferragamo is beyond lucky to have you as an employee. -Eben

I would like to compliment Maddie at this store who was super genuine and real. Truly wanted to help me and my fiancé find the best shoes for our occasion.Appreciate it so much I had to come write up a 5 star review just for her. She is great at what she does, store manager take note.

Horrible customer service. If you are black or brown skin they treat you different they really judge a book by it's cover. I will not ever comeback here I'll take my business elsewhere.

Theme of the day stopped by to have my belt adjusted (it was to big). I was greeted right as I walked in and offered a bottle of water. Once again the staff was amazing, she had my belt resized in a minute or two and even suggested the best shoe guy for my suede.

Bought two high end pairs of croc Ferragamo loafers and now one of them is basically falling apart after a few wears. Reached out to the store for help and they refuse to give a call back. Horrible customer service, stay away.

Do not go to this location. They will not honor the return policy and claim your products were worn for items that were shipped directly to my house. The morning weekday manager there is also absolutely unhelpful and rude.

Ruined my Christmas gift to my boyfriend. I purchased a gift for Christmas. The sales person asked for a number associated for my purchases. I provided my number and my boyfriends number. He had my boyfriends number but expressly told him that I did not want to have his account associated with my purchase as it's a Christmas gift. He said he won't get any communication and totally understood it was a Christmas gift. I told him I'd still prefer not too. Well the purchase was completed and I was happy until today (the next day) when my boyfriend told me he just got an email from Ferragamo thanking him for his purchase. I'm so livid. He ruined my Christmas gift and I will not purchase from this store again. I have purchased so much from them and this could have been avoided so easily but I cannot trust them.

This retail location has terrible customer service. I bought a pair of brand new shoes that were delivered to my house through the help of this location and staff. A few days later, I take the same product to return to this location that were brand new and unworn but they won't accept my return claiming they were worn when in fact they were brand new. If anything, the clerk that sold me the shoes while setting up shipping ensured me the shoes were verified and checked on it's condition at the shipping location. I cannot believe this level of customer service exists for a brand that sells shoes for over $1000. Will not be shopping at this location and will be taking this up with customer service at corporate.

Walked right in with no wait and Ann helped me to pick out my shoes. This would be my first pair of Ferragamo so I wasn't really sure what I wanted. She was very patient with me allowing me to survey their collection. Once I had an idea, she answered all of my questions and even explained to me more about the brand. I can really tell she knows her stuff on the brand. After figuring out my preference and my shoe size, I bought my first pair and couldn't be anymore satisfied with the whole process. I initially went to the ferragamo section at Bloomingdale and they totally disregarded my presence and was of no help to me at all so when I found the actual Ferragamo store right after, it was only destiny. The shoe does run smaller than your Adidas or Nike though, so I would recommend to come in to try it if you can. Bit my experience here was so good! If you need a pair of high quality high end shoes, definitely need to check this place out.

Purchased two belts. Went back to exchange one for lighte color and was told belts are non-returnable. Very bad customer service. Worried more about keeping the money and losing a customer. Just wanted an exchange not even a refund. Supervising was unwilling to work out a solution for the issue. Will not be returning.

Everything was on point.From Customer service to product line, perfect. Matthew’s guidance really made a difference in my experience, I’ll expect to see him more often. As a young adult not many stores pay attention to me. It’s a nice change of pace for this company to start noticing us. I expect great things from the new product designers.
