Came in wanting to purchase a cardholder. Luckily, they have it in stock, so purchased that. I was able to try on a few purses and looked at a couple of other things. As I tried things on and examined the items, I had all these questions and TJ knew her stuff. She answered every single one of questions and addressed all of my concerns. For some things, she would know I didn't want something a certain way, so she would suggest another item in the same price range. I really appreciated her time with me and my significant other. I also noticed another staff member going above and beyond for his client as well. He spoke Vietnamese extremely well. I'm very shy and intimidated when it comes to purchasing and browsing at luxury goods, but TJ made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will definitely be coming back for more goodies. They say you never forget your first time and this sure was the case for my first experience here! I had my eye on a couple purses for a long time and decided to pull the plug and just go for it one day. I requested availability for the medium envelope tri quilt and by the following morning Sarah reached out to let me know they had it in stock. Despite their policy to hold inventory for only 48 hours, she was more than happy to hold it for 4 days as I didn't have an opportunity to come any sooner to the store. I ended up placing another hold for the lou camera bag as well and found myself inside the store that same day to pick them up. If you're a veteran in luxury shopping then you'll know that texting your sales associate and making sure the products are in stock come as second nature for them. After all, they WANT you to purchase them. When I got to the store, I immediately tried them on at one of the floor to ceiling mirrors and made the big purchase! I'm not sure if they still offer refreshments due to the pandemic, but I also didn't care too much if they didn't. Overall, I was very happy with my experience here and Sarah definitely didn't push me too hard by trying to sell other products in the store which I greatly appreciate. She had a very friendly attitude that made you feel like you were best friends for a long time even though you had just met. This will not be my last time at Saint Laurent, but I do hope every time thereafter is as great as the first! (38/100--2021)

RACIALLY PROFILED! I just left this store and didn't buy anything because of the way I was treated. I told the lady that greeted me that I was just browsing. A look of suspicion came across her face and she said, "Well if you tell me what you're browsing for maybe I can help you". This would have been ok if she didn't FOLLOW ME LIKE A LOST PUPPY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE STORE!!! I have NEVER shoplifted before and never would. I am dressed nicely with more Gucci than her salary could afford, AND I was holding a Gucci bag from a purchase I had just made. Yet she treated me like a criminal. Offering me "help" every time I caught her staring. Because of this incident, I am never shopping there again. EVER. All the other employees were nice and friendly, but this ONE girl was terrible.

As a luxury brand retail store, I expected customer service to be Top Notch. Customer service was mid AF. Purchased an item today and didn't get that full luxury in store experience I expected.

I had a positive experience shopping here recently. I had to wait in line since I went on a weekend, but it moved very quickly. I was searching for a WOC specifically and Carmen was helpful in bringing out similar styles and different colors for me to try on. She was very patient and answered any questions I had.

I came in here after Louis Vuitton refused to even let me check in for their line to get into the store and treated me horribly. Everyone working at Saint Laurent was extremely helpful and friendly. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be back.

To: Saint Laurent Management My wife is into Designer Brand clothes, shoes, and accessories. One of her favorite brands is YSL. We were in Las Vegas 2 weeks ago and my wife bought a couple of items from the Saint Laurent Boutique in Crystals. One of the. items she bought was a white Monogram Clutch. She liked it so much that I wanted to surprise her with an identical black Monogram Clutch. In as much as we will be shopping at South Coast Mall this coming weekend, I decided to order the black Monogram. I was assisted by Xarah. Xarah "EXCEEDED" my expectations, and represented the best-of-the-best customer service people, in every respect, from: helpful, courteous, pleasant, and extremely professional. She Fedex'd the Monogram, and it turned out to be a very nice surprise for my wife. Since my wife and I have known each other for 49+ years (47+ years married), we have interacted with numerous sales associates. I would place Xarah at the Top Level of sales associates. I have been shopping at this location for years now. Today, I went in for another treat for myself, and the lovely Aida was there to greet me, help me and ring me up. I always have a great experience at this location and the staff and atmosphere are lovely!

This is my first SL store experience and it was amazing! Tania was insanely patient and showed me soooooo many bags until I found the one! :) she's super sweet, and patient, very helpful!! we will 100% be back for my next bag!!!;) thanks Tania!!

Saint Laurent store definitely clean and people overall okay, I bought a pouch there, the return policy is bad no refunds, only store credit, exchange, or gift card.

I keep coming back for more and more because of the 5-Star service by Kimberly Chow. She always goes above and beyond! I am color blind and she takes the time to make sure everything is perfect and fits the items we have previously bought together. She is extremely reliable, dependable and trustworthy. There is no better person to have on your side at this store. She has made this the best Christmas and Valentine's Day I have had. You are amazing Kim!!! Keep up the high quality work and we will be seeing you soon. You made Angel's day and she means the world to me so I thank you and can't imagine how you could do a better job.
