come to find out the same piece malfunctioned again. also pieces where not even installed and are apart of the mechanism. i set up appointment to talk to gm. appointment was for 10 am. was seen at 1215. mean while the service manager approached me Ferdie and had the same attitude as i got a year ago. also according to ferdie the company signed paper work covid 19. yes signed covid 19. refused to take any responsibility for this. was told in front of the entire sales department this is how the company signed the paperwork. keep in mind the mind service was performed 2022. not during anything covid. and still have yet to understand how this is even ok? i left multiple messages for nede the vp of one of the departments to receive nothing in return. still waiting for a call back. manager could not explain to me why the service department signed the document like this. two years after covid. and why? this is the biggest discrimination, feels like retaliation and absolute disrespect. ferdie gave me his card with the phone number for corportate. but its not even the correct number. it a number to a floor company. this is how you get treated by the managers. he walks out of the back with his hands in his pockets his shoulders cocked up with an attitude just like the phone called that i had with him a year plus ago same demeanor. i'm still waiting for a phone call back because i would like an explanation of how you guys as a corporation think it's okay to sign the document covid-19 and i'd get to get any information stating that you do to all customers according to Ferdie this was the case 2 years after covid this is how he allowed his department to sign the document i would like an explanation improve that this is how you guys conducted business in 2021 and in 22 because i have other documentation that does not have this on it from another vehicle that i had taken it still have yet to receive an explanation because it's unprofessional it's discrimination. And this is a new manager. Was not the manager GM from last year. GM is extremely nice. But has A LOT of unhappy customers because of the customer service not the actual problems. This is really frustrating.

Horrible service!! I have called multiple times to speak with a service manager and have not had a call back. I have left multiple messages with the receptionist and nothing. Really bad experience with this place will definitely not recommend to have your vehicle serviced here

My review relates purely to the used car side. Saw a vehicle on Autotrader that had me very interested. Stopped by one afternoon to look at the vehicle and noted that the moonroof did not operate at all, and did not close properly (you could see daylight from inside the vehicle). I advised the internet salesperson that I was working with of the issue. When he followed up to see if I was interested he indicated that the Used Car Manager had the moonroof fixed so it would close completely, but it still did not operate. Told me they were "selling the car 'as is'". I feel sorry for anyone looking at that vehicle that doesn't test it before they leave the lot!

Worst customer service, pulled a bait and switch. I spoke to Adrienne and thought I was dealing with her. She seemed super nice, and knowledgeable. My wife and I were very happy to do business with her. We set a time, to see her and we were informed she isn't even sales. Wait! What... we were told she is there just to bring in customers, and we were referred to Christian. My wife had a bad experience with him, not knowledge and friendly. His explanation of trade in values and pricing was blamed on our US Economy. No solid answers, my wife had a terrible experience. They give you the lowest amount for dealer trade in as well. All other dealerships they give way higher amounts, but if you ask Christian it's due to the US economy.. I felt bad I sent my wife there.. I truly thought we were in good hands with Adrienne

I’d been searching high and low for a Jeep Sahara at several dealerships and it seems like the pricing is really up to the dealership. Once I landed at Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat I worked with Diego and he really did help me out and gave me such a great deal. He helped me through the whole process start to finish.Learning the ins and outs of the car and answering all of my questions. Truly kind and patient. A big shout out to Vynz P. In finance who also helped make this process go smoothly. 10/10 recommend.

Great customer service everyone was super friendly and helpful. Diego went above and beyond to help me get the deal I was looking for. I was originally looking for a used car that would keep my payments within a range. Not only did he get me those payments but he did in a brand new car. Overall an amazing experience fast and straight to the point. Will definitely come back if I have any other vehicle needs and will recommend to family and friends.

Orange Coast Chrysler was very professional with my truck purchase. They were helpful in explaining the features of the vehicle, as well as my options for extending the factory warranty and protecting my truck with an alarm. I ordered my truck with the help of Rod Muller, the whole process was easy and stress free. The dealership is first class and they have years of experience.

Bought my 2017 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership (new in 2017). I have been a regular customer of the service department ever since. Service has been getting worse over the past couple of years. Getting a sense of dishonesty and lack of knowledge from the service advisors. Recently brought it in for an oil change and for a check engine code. One day to complete the oil change. I was told they would need 2-3 days to diagnose the code. The code was for a stuck thermostat, although I needed to bring the Jeep back for them to further diagnose it the following week. I brought it back and 2 days later told me it would be $589 to replace the thermostat. A $25-40 part and claimed 2 hours of labor when you tube shows mechanics finishing the work in 20 mins. BYE BYE!!I picked up my Jeep and took it to a reputable mechanic who completed the work for $265. I will not be having my Jeep serviced at South Coast ever again. They lost a customer forever. Double loss for the dealership! I'm in the market for another wrangler for a future driver in the family. I will not give my business back to a dealership that holds no value on customer service.

Seriously hope that they have someone at the dealership that see's this and sorts themselves out. I was walking around their used car lot for well into 15 minutes without anyone checking to see if I needed any help. I found someone who walked by me without an acknowledgment from them and asked them if there were anyone available and he assured me that there was and that he would have someone come out. That never happened at least in the time that waited. They had what I was looking for but I'd be hard pressed to want to spend my money on a dealership that couldn't put fourth any effort to come out of the AC to help or say hello.Sad very sad.

Had a very negative experience here recently. We saw a good internet price on their website for a Jeep Gladiator and called the sales guy, Nicolas, we had already been in touch with for confirm 100% that the internet price is legit and will be honored. He said yes, the price is correct and will be honored if we come in. I rushed over and drove 40 minutes out there and my fiancé drove separately since he was coming from somewhere else. Once we both arrived we kept talking our sales guy about how happy we are with this Jeep and the price it's listed for. We said we'll definitely get it, just want to test drive it. We spent maybe 2-3 hours there before our sales guy printed up our paperwork and BOOM price went up $6,000. What?! He said the internet price was not real after all but it's ok, this is still a good deal. No freaking way. That must be a joke. We told him that's not right and we were so disappointed. We confirmed and reconfirmed the price and even spent the last few hours talking to him about the price and how happy we were with it. Ridiculous! He said there's nothing that can be done and there's absolutely no way they would drop the price that low. When we asked to speak to the manager, he brought out another sales person who cut us off before we could even have a word, tell us there is no way it's happening. The manager in the back wouldn't even come out to speak with us about it when we asked. The second sales guy that came out said he has an idea if we're interested. Curious, we asked what idea he had in mind to bring the price low. Another scam. He said they'll give us $6,000 less on the trade offer they printed up for us and instead lower the price by $6,000 so that in the end we're paying the price we saw on the Internet for the truck except we're getting $6000 lower on our trade-in than they already offered us. So we're paying full price in the end still and there's no discount. Absolutely ludicrous that he would even suggest that, we were so offended. We asked to speak to the real manager and they refused us. They told us this is as good as it's going to get. Then the sales guy had the audacity to say that there are still cheaper cars on the lot he can sell us. No way, we left. Don't do business with these guys, they'll scam you and waste your time. And to top it all off, their whole thing was that the internet price was way too low and they kept saying we would never find that price anywhere else it's way too low, definitely a mistake... well guess what? We found a higher tier model for even less money the next day and purchased to the car. There were a lot of trucks for similar or even less price for the same exact tier at the surrounding dealerships as well. We found it at the original internet price we went in for or lower at three other dealerships nearby this one. Don't go here.

I had a great experience at Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Fiat.My wife and I saw a vehicle online we liked and thought it was reasonably priced. Since we live some 3.5 hours away we called and asked if someone could possibly take a video of the vehicle both inside and out. That someone happened to be Diego Rios.Diego promptly sent us video of both the inside and the outside as well as a couple of photos I requested as well. Diego answered all our initial questions so the next logical step was to drive down the next day and see the vehicle. We had scheduled a certain time but ended showing up 2 hours earlier than expected. That wasn’t an issue for Diego. Diego greeted and welcomed us and he was extremely professional and very cordial. We looked over the vehicle we got in it for a test drive and eventually ended up at Diego’s desk to talk numbers.Diego was clear and confident about what he was talking about. If he didn’t know he got up and excused himself to go ask.Diego never pushed any extras on us to hard. Listen it’s part of a salesman’s job to offer his customers all the options possible and or at least talk to us about them. This did not bother me because I see it as Diego offering us the best quality service he can so that we understood all our options.I had messed up on my banks loan calculations and Diego explained what he saw that needed correcting and pointed out my mistake. I appreciated that. After some adjustments to the numbers as well to the options for the vehicle we agreed on the out the door price.During this whole time Diego listened to our concerns, offering solutions to some while understanding to others. My wife and I then went to sit in a gentleman named Loren’s office. He the financial guru. This guy has been in the business for over 30 years and is a straight shooter. Loren answered all our questions and gave us even more confidence moving forward. Not once did I ever feel pressured into purchasing either the vehicle or any options that I truly did not want. Bottom line is the bell get me into a vehicle I really wanted to begin with and work out all the numbers so that I could drive away feeling satisfied. And that’s what my wife and I did. Thanks Diego, Loren & Orange Coast Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram & Fiat. Thanks for making things run smooth, answering all our questions, listening to all our concerns we had and making things happen so that my wife and I may live out our future dreams which started with this vehicle.Next stop 5th Wheel Toy Hauler, pack up the Harley-Davidson and any road USA!!!!- David & Lisa

I have been on the market for a new car. I’ve checked out multiple dealerships. Ended up purchasing a brand new challenger at this location.I was helped out by Marissa Villalobos. What a sweetheart. She helped me with all my questions. I told her which car I wanted exactly by it’s vin and she promptly went out to grab it from the back lot. She’s super friendly and she worked with us. I never felt any sales pressure or anything.I know everyone wanted to go home because my wife and I got to the dealership little over an hour before closing but everyone was extremely friendly.Marissa noticed that my brand new challenger I purchased wasn’t cleaned and detailed properly and she was unhappy with how it turned out, that she told me to return the next day she was available and she would have it properly detailed.Thank you so much Marissa!I definitely recommend seeing Marissa if you are planning on purchasing a vehicle from this dealership!Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever had from a car dealership. I’ve purchased many cars and no service has been as awesome as Marissa

I spoke with Max on the phone about coming in and checking out their 2016 Jeep Cherokee and he more than exceeded my expectations. When I showed up the car was already washed and ready for me to look at it which I absolutely loved! The car is used and was in the best condition this place of business really takes care of their cars! He was also very nice and inviting as well as very helpful when it came down to the entire process. I ended up purchasing the car and have never been happier with my purchase! Thank you so much Max! I highly recommend everyone I know to him!
