Clean store, expected prices for cute boutique shop however horrible customer service if they don't care for how you look/what your wearing. You'll be ignored and you'll hear their greeting for others who walk in.

How does this place stay in business? I walked in there last week and there were three girls working. Not one said hi or even made eye contact with me or anyone. I felt very uncomfortable because it's a very small space. I lasted 5 minutes and walked out. Won't ever be back.

First and last time I will shop there. The selection was great but the service is not good. After I had worn a tank top (which I had gotten 3 in different colors) I noticed that there was a flaw on the neckline. I immediately got in the car and went there. One of the salesclerks remembered me since I had spent quite a bit there on Friday and I told her my problem. Her first response was do you have your receipt? I said no but I thought because she had remembered me that it would be no problem. Now she wanted to know if I had the tag from the garment. No I threw it away when I wore it. Sorry due to our POS system you must have the tag. I think the owners should know that it is not good customer service. I'm not one to complain and I said can't you use the tag from another top? NO. DONE!!

Shopped at their Fillmore store in SF, the quality of the product was SO POOR - start falling apart one wear and the store didn't offer an exchange or refund. Worst part the customer service was so bad and rude too - will never be shopping here again.

Really cute finds in here! The Newport location is bigger but you'll find great things at both! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the quality is not 5 stars. However, the prices are great for what you get. It won't be stuff that lasts forever, but great items you'll get a lot of wear out of making the items affordable. Some of my favorite jackets and lounge wear come from here!

I will never shop there. I was 3 days over returning a pair of jeans for a bigger size and they were very rude and wouldn't do it. Tags on it too. Bad customer service.

I agree with all below. I am one who prefers not to be bothered when I'm shopping, but at the same time this one young girl was walking around slamming clothes on to the racks & walked past me didn't say a word to me. There were three associates in there not one person acknowledged me. I was there for 20 minutes so plenty of opportunities. It's a small store. They were helping people in the fitting rooms and seemed nice when I checking people out. But ladies come on... I myself have worked retail for 5 years & everyone should be greeted in a timely fashion. Some cute clothes for sure but I couldn't bring myself to purchase from the store. I actually felt uncomfortable like they wish I never stopped in. Very strange!

I got my order & it didn't work for me.i followed the steps to get authorization & a return address 4 times; they ignored me. I called my credit card to dispute the charge but they can't because Noracora is an international company. I will never order from them again even though they have attractive clothing.

Cute clothing, BUT the young lady who was working around 2:00 on 8/2/22 was VERY short, rude & was not accommodating at all!!! One of the white blazers I was trying on had what looked like makeup on the lapel. I brought it to her attention a few times and she never offered to try & remove it or give a discount. She never offered up a dressing room after offering to other customers & she was more concerned about rearranging the racks, rather than offering any sort of customer service!!!

My wife and a friend went in earlier today and she is normally a large but some things there run small. When they asked for a dress in a size XL, the cashier replied with attitude that they’ve never actually carried anything in an XL. Then when buying something else for a friend, the cashier informed my wife that it was final sale, but my wife mentioned she’s buying it for a friend. After checkout the cashier then offered to give her a gift receipt but my wife was like didn’t you say I couldn’t return it? Policy can be coached, but attitude can not. Somebody in my speech class literally talked about the ethics of and discrimination in brandy Melville and No rest for Bridgette and I thought maybe it was an isolated incident but it sounds like more of a structural issue.

"No Rest for Patrons" is what is should be called. This do not have a manager conventiently right now so I wasn't about to contact anyone else but the two girls behind the counter, Montana and Paige were very unhelpful and condescending. I had a receipt, trying to return a jacket within the time allowed. Never been worn but the tag was off. These paper tags do fall off. Anyway, they said they "would have" made an exception if the tag had been on which didn't make sense. They said if I didn't have a receipt but had the item with the tag on they may have made an exception. Still makes absolutely no sense at all. Obviously Pagie and Montana could care less about my opinion but I want to write about them anyway. Silly to have no manager and they wouldn't give me the owners information. I would hope you all think twice before going to this shop.

PLEASE DO NO GO TO THIS NRFB IN COSTA MESA, I walked in and felt horrible vibes, girls didn't say hi and honestly it felt like a racist environment. I felt very strange and like they kept watching me, I walked out immediately Go to NRFB in Huntington Beach if you must Such BAD VIBES! Would give 0 stars if I could

Staff is horribly rude. Used to shop there quite often. Just bought 3 dresses and will be returning all due to customer service. Will not support a company that treats its customers badly.
