Fragrances trigger horrible migraines. I had such a hard time finding a salon that could perm my hair without “fragrance” or “perfume” as an ingredient. Mirage uses organic ingredients, and the perm solutions don’t contain my migraine triggers.
I came in with an idea that I wanted just the bottom half of my head permed because it was so straight compared with the top which admittedly was unevenly wavy. I’m so glad Sabrina told me the pros and cons of doing this. She recommended giving my hair a trim to see if we could enhance the curl. I was totally on board with this, but the underneath was just too straight. I decided to go with a full perm. I wanted a look similar to Charlie, the love interest in Top Gun, so got it cut shorter in addition to the perm. I LOVE my hair! I feel so sassy and now want to start being bolder with my clothes and makeup. Sabrina did a great job from the consultation through to the end.
The after photo is my hair after the first wash. I was able to style it myself. I love how there’s a mix of curl sizes so it looks natural. She angled the rods on the sides which made the curls fall nicely around my face. Sabrina is passionate about what she does. I’d definitely recommend her for a permanent wave.
Hair type: My hair was “virgin” so no colour or perm. Top half has a bit of a natural wave. Bottom half is straight. I have thick hair and a lot of it in the back.

Recently, I got a keratin treatment recommended and done by Sabrina. My hair was very frizzy and I used flat iron every day. Finally found a salon that consistently gets me to the blonde I desire and actually cares for the health of my hair. You can tell the owner not only loves what she does, but cares about her clients and the quality of products she uses. I will not go anywhere else

very good customer service. sabrina made sure i was heard and very easy to communicate with on how i wanted my hair. she is very sweet and the products she uses makes my hair the softest it's ever been.

I called and Sabrina was able to get me in the same day. Went in for a haircut and she threw in a mask that has made my hair super shiny for days, I've been getting so many compliments! Showed her pictures and gave me realistic expectations with my hair type and styling tips. She even sent me home with samples of the products. Very well worth it :)

What a fabulous find! I've been searching for a truly clean and organic hairdresser for a long time and am so happy to have found Sabrina at Mirage! Knowledgeable and experienced, she knows her stuff. She took the time to listen to my concerns and what I wanted and selected the best products to use and gave me a great cut and style. The salon is clean and modern and bright. I cannot recommend Mirage Salon enough
