Today my register lady was scanning my items and just simply left for 15 mins without saying anything. Apparently the price tag was wrong. The register lady made this seem as if it was my fault. She made me wait 15 mins for a dollar difference in the price and she didn't apologize either. I talked to the manager and she didn't apologize for the wait or anything. The wrong price tag is not my doing, if anything it's the associates fault.

Never really had a bad experience here until today. The shoe department is always a mess but today was just weird. What was clearly a plain clothes worker with the black shirt and blue jeans followed me and my mom all around the store nearly the entire time we were there. She literally followed us to the cashier line where whenever we moved in line, she moved too. She even followed us out to the door. Very degrading and upsetting, especially in mothers day. Thumbs way down.

It was ok. Hoped they had more selection for tweens. Bought some other stuff and ended up finding the tweenster clothing at Nordstrom rack next door.

Terrible service yesterday my register was nice but there was a mean lady that was interrupting everything she was doing I didn't get to see her name tag but she was around her 50's and Hispanic was also yelling the whole time and had a really bad attitude you have to get rid of people like this that treat coworkers bad and customers from what I understood this lady wasn't even the manager she was just being quidnunc looking at what my cash resister was doing and questioning everything and criticizing

I literally went in and out for a few things. They allow only 129 people in at the time. They have a lady in a sanitation stand counting people. Right up front there were 2 sales associates speaking Spanish complaining about customers (el hombre me dijo que no estaba enferma y que se yo, que se cuanto. La verdad que no me acuerdo bien lo que decía la señora, pero ese tipo de conversaciones no se tiene enfrente de otros clientes, es de mala educación). Also, same girl was lingering by the cash register without social distancing from customers cause she was waiting for her ride. Too many employees were having social hour on the sales floor around customers (in Spanish, I don't need to hear that someone working there was at a party). Conversations that are for the brake room or when the store is close and they are preparing for the next day. Management needs to step it up. Too much play time.

I had a real bad experience today the cashier did not provide not even decent customer service, refused to exchange, return, or refund on unused item with tags, but missing the one with their store price on it and since receipt is not found she didn't even try to go and match the item with those they have for sale in store. I have shopped almost every day here and the fact that covid doesn't allow fitting rooms to try items makes already complicated to try items at the store and now this?.... in others clothing stores they would have done an exchange or store credit at least but this store today had this staff member not caring on the store reputation. Marshall's needs to correct this and other customer service issues before goes the path of other out of business stores as K- Mart and others in the past. Cashier #6 - on 01/25/2021 @ 3:42 PM

Everything you can see at this department store was nicely displayed. All the items were properly labeled. They had classified and separated their wet and dry goods. You will never get lost at this place.

When you buy something here double check your receipt. They charge me two items two times(2nd Time if you see its not together)Even they didnt say any sorry I feel like normal. Like happen all the time. Make sure your receipt before you leaving.
